| Since the Party Central Committee proposed "establishing a mutually embedded social structure and community environment",both the academic and government levels have given more attention.The existing literature mainly focuses on the study of ethnic inter-integrated communities or social structures,and there are few studies on enterprises as inter-integrated organizations.In the multi-ethnic region of Xinjiang,in recent years,with the support of the government,a number of enterprises have been established to “promote the increase of farmers” incomes and transfer of rural laborers of ethnic minorities”.One of the characteristics of these enterprises different from those of mainland enterprises is that employees of various ethnic groups are A good inter-embedded relationship is formed in joint production and private communication.This paper is based on the pre-judgment of ’co-production promotes social interaction,social interaction promotes national inter-embedded’.Through the use of Xinjiang Y company as the field investigation point and interview method as the main research method,the status quo of this kind of good inter-embedded relationship is formed.And the reasons for conducting in-depth investigations.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Inter-embedded requires a certain field,and the enterprise is an important field to promote inter-embracing;2.Employees use work as a bridge in the common production process,and there is a way of sharing and collaboration;3.In daily social interaction Employees understand each other and identify their differences,resulting in a sense of psychological tolerance and deep communication.4.The formation of enterprise-type ethnicity is mainly caused by the formation of economic interests,social interaction as the starting point of "inter-embedding",and the generation of commonality for catalysis.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the good results achieved by Xinjiang Y Company in promoting the inter-embroidal relationship,and then provide a theoretical basis for assessing the policy effect of multi-ethnic inter-integrated enterprises. |
