| With the accumulation of private capital and the increasing power of the government,the PPP model has become more and more widely used in the field of education.At first,the vocational colleges in China were undertaken by the government.Later,private vocational colleges became more and more.However,in order to maximize profits,private vocational colleges often ignore the public attributes of education.Therefore,the introduction of the PPP model into the field of vocational education not only eases financial pressure,but also makes full use of private capital,which is more conducive to the cultivation of skilled personnel.However,the application of the PPP model in the field of vocational education also poses risks.Based on the characteristics of vocational education,this paper evaluates the risk of PPP application in the field of vocational education from the perspective of vocational colleges.Firstly,the status quo of PPP project risk research at home and abroad is summarized,and the related theories of PPP mode,PPP mode risk and vocational education PPP project are discussed.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the application of PPP mode in the field of vocational education in China,and analyzes the causes of risk of PPP project in vocational education in China and carries out risk identification;Then,through the construction of risk assessment model,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used for empirical analysis of case and analyze the results;Finally,based on the results of the case analysis,a targeted response strategy for the PPP project risk style of D vocational colleges is proposed.Do a good job in the risk prevention of PPP projects in vocational education,which provides a favorable guarantee for the development of vocational education and is conducive to improving the quality of vocational education products or services.This paper provides a reference for the risk assessment of PPP projects in vocational education. |
