In 2016,with the development of Internet,artificial intelligence,the appearance of online education and financial robot,and the change of accounting policy,the accounting training industry experienced a subversive change,and the competition became more and more fierce.Facing this environment,the X-Education Center,as a regional enterprise in Xiamen,has been transforming in time.Since 2016,it has been carrying out the intensive growth strategy of product development and market development.It has established the perfect accounting training curriculum system,designed the double-teacher education model and added seven school districts,and completed the expansion in the province.However,a series of problems have arisen in the process of growing up,which restricts the development of strategy.This paper takes the X education and training center as an example,makes a comprehensive research on the development strategy of the center by using the methods of theoretical analysis and questionnaire.First of all,it analyzes the external environment that the X education center is facing,and concludes that the X education center not only faces the opportunities of the support of the national policy,the increase of the social demand for education,the development of science and technology,but also faces the threats of the intensification of the competition in the same industry,the tide of mergers and acquisitions in the education industry,the rise of the online education and the improvement of the requirements of the teaching objects.Secondly,after analyzing the internal ability and resources of the organization,it is concluded that the organization has the advantages of high regional popularity,complete business system under the line and double teachers' wisdom classroom teaching mode.There are also some shortcomings,such as the need to upgrade the management of enterprises,the lack of market development,the increase of expansion and the dispersion of enterprise resources.Thirdly,on the basis of comprehensive analysis,it is decided that the institution should adopt the market penetration strategy,strengthen the market development and expand its market share in Fujian.At the same time,we should adopt the strategy of specialization to cultivate the core competence of enterprises.Finally,it guarantees the smooth implementation of its development strategy from the aspects of cultural construction,brand construction and talent management.At present,the market scale of the training industry is expanding continuously,the opportunity and threat coexist,and the enterprises inevitably encounter bottlenecks in the process of transformation.The research on the market penetration strategy and specialization strategy of the X-education center not only helps the enterprises make rational strategic and tactical decision,but also provides some reference for other enterprises' similar problems.
