| The teaching behaviour of teachers is the eAternal performance of the teaching decision—making,and the teaching decision—making directs the occurrence of the teacher’s teaching behavior.There are some errors in teaching behaviors of the new junior middle school mathematics teachers.It can help the new teachers to improve the effectiveness of teaching behavior and promote their professional growth by eAploring the reasons for the teaching decision — making behind their teaching behavior errors.We defie the teaching decision — making and teaching behaviour errors by consulting and combining the research theme of papers and referring to domestic and foreign relevant literature which is related to teaching decision—making and teaching behaviours.The teaching behavior,questioning behavior and feedback behavior of two new junior high school mathematics teachers were analyzed by means of classroom observation and classroom video analysis.It is found that the new mathematics teachers in junior middle school have a long time to tell about the behavior.The timing of narrative behavior is not appropriate,the transitional structure language is lacking and the content organization is simple,the quantity of questioning behavior is large,the cognitive level is low,and the validity of question is not high,the question description of questioning behavior is not accurate enough.There is the“Ignorance Area” in the selecting way of answering questions,resulting in the unbalance between “points” and “faces”,ignoring some students,lack of eAplicit feedback language based on classroom questioning,the feedback language based on teaching instruction is lack of organization and command;the occurrence of feedback behavior focuses on the feedback of the correctness of the results;the occurrence of feedback behavior deviates from the observation of students;in the face of sudden events,the feedback is not timely and lacklustre.Based on the above,we eAplore the teaching decision — making factors of teaching behaviour errors by having interviews and stimulating memories:(1)Dependence on teAtbooks,statement behaviour and teaching plan in teaching decision — making.(2)the solidification of teaching plan decision and teaching interaction decision.(3)the arbitrariness of interactive teaching decision.(4)the implicit teaching theory behind teaching decision.These four aspects of teaching decision—making factors are intertwined,indirectly or directly resulting in teaching behavior errors.suggestions for improvement are put forward based on reasons of the phenomena of teaching behaviour errors and teaching decision—making:(1)Prepare in the theory of teaching decision — making before entry.(2)Improve the practice ability of teaching decision—making in work to avoid teaching behaviour errors. |
