Swimming is a skill, which is a learning activity under the correct guidance of teachers. With the development of society, swimming is becoming more and more popular in people’s life.More and more people like swimming slowly and take swimming as an important means of entertainment and lifelong fitness.Swimming, like other sports such as track and field, will be one of the important sports examination items in the middle school entrance examination.Because swimming is a sport in water-a special environment, people have been accustomed to land behavior(such as breathing, body position, direction)will change due to the buoyancy of water, water resistance, water pressure. In the study of technical movements, they have mastered some learning methods. It is relatively easy for them to learn motor skills on land. However, swimming is a sport carried out in water. Some students often feel afraid when practicing, showing hesitation and facial discoloration.Psychologically,it is called fear.So for beginners of swimming, regardless of age, weight, strength or gender differences, everyone has the same starting point. He will not swim faster because you are strong than the weak, nor because you are an adult than a child. But only when you learn to use the buoyancy and resistance of water, master the correct swimming techniques, and know the characteristics of water, can you overcome the fear of water and play freely in the water. This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire, literature, experiment and expert interview.Taking 58 water phobia students aged 25-35 at Haios Swimming and Fitness Club in Xi’an as the research object, the psychological reasons of water phobia were discussed by questionnaire.I use teaching intervention, communicate with coaches and students, and get the reasons for students fear of water.Aiming at the psychological use of teaching intervention,I teach students to overcome their fear of water gradually, and gradually like swimming,so as to better grasp the characteristics of swimming events.Research results: Through two rounds of experiments, the experimental group used the "swimming imagination exercise adjustment method" to test the interest and attitude of swimming and motor skills to draw a conclusion:(1)Interests and attitudes: After the first and second rounds of teaching intervention,12(48%)and 14(56%)of the experimental group and 9(36%)and 10(40%)of the control group were very fond of the experimental group and 2(8%)of the control group, respectively. The number of the control group is 2(8%).We can see that the experimental group is better than the control group after the teaching intervention, which shows that the teaching intervention has obvious help and improvement for the students of hydrophobia psychology.(2)Motion technology: After the first and second rounds of teaching intervention respectively,it is concluded that there are obvious differences between the number of students in the experimental group and that in the control group. We can see that the experimental group is obviously better than the control group after the teaching intervention, which shows that the teaching intervention has obvious help and improvement to the students skill mastery.Research conclusion: When swimming beginners are learning to swim for a period of learning and adaptation, they can effectively alleviate their fear and enhance their confidence in swimming learning. With the help of my predecessors,I believe that more and more beginners in swimming will be more relaxed and easier to learn to swim.
