Background:Motion coordination ability is a comprehensive ability,which plays an important role in children’s physical and mental health development.Sports coordination ability can be cultivated by means of sports activities,but traditional sports events are affected by the limitations of the project itself,and the effect of training children’s sports coordination ability is not obvious.As a simple and fashionable sport,driven by children’s strong curiosity,playfulness and active nature,more and more children like shuttlecock sport,and shuttlecock’s systemic sports characteristics have obvious effects on developing children’s sports coordination ability.Research purposes:Based on the research on the influence of shuttlecock on the coordination ability of sports,this paper tests the coordination ability of school-age children aged 9-10 through shuttlecock training.At the same time,combining with the characteristics of shuttlecock sports,whether it is suitable for children’s coordination training is worth further exploring in the actual training.This will expand the audience of shuttlecock sports.It is of great practical significance to fully tap the training value of shuttlecock.In addition,the development of traditional ethnic sports in primary and secondary schools at this stage is conducive to the cultivation of students’lifelong sports awareness and plays an important guiding role in the development and cultivation of traditional ethnic sports.Research methods:By using literature reading,questionnaire survey,experiment,test and mathematical statistics,60 school-age children(30 boys and 30 girls each)aged 9-10 in Fengdong No.2 Primary School,Xixian New District,Xi’an City,were selected as experimental subjects to study systematically the influence of shuttlecock on sports coordination ability.Analysis conclusion:(1)Special coordination test project Closed-eye single-leg support,single-kick of the scorpion,alternate step of the rope ladder,and the improvement of the T-type running have very significant differences,indicating that the semester course training strengthens the ability of the child-related neuromuscular system to coordinate work.,the ability to handle external signals and regulate the excitability of related nerves.(2)The general coordination project did not reach a statistically significant difference in the closed-eye,double-footed jump,listening signal around the pole,quadrant jump,and 10×4 foldback(P>0.5),indicating that the stimulus was not reached.strength.In the subsequent training,adjust the training intensity and form according to the characteristics of different sports items,actively observe and actively adjust the specific analysis of specific problems.(3)In the process of data statistics,it was found that the scores of each test showed gender differences.From the results,girls’ ability to coordinate in spatial orientation,visual characteristics and auditory characteristics was better than that of boys.Boys The ability to coordinate movements in fast displacement activities is better than that of girls. |
