| With the development of digital communication technology,the media environment we are facing a revolutionary change,and a new media culture—— participatory culture has been constructed.With the development of new media technology and the rise of participatory culture,the traditional media literacy that focuses on cultivating the critical ability cannot adapt to the new media environment.We must cultivate the new media literacy that emphasizes "media participation ability",so as to keep up with the demands of The Times.However,most teenagers are still unable to effectively use media tools and ethically participate in media culture when they face the complex new media environment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out new media literacy education among young people,so as to cultivate their ability to distinguish between "media world" and "real world",and form their attitude and ability to be in the midst of numerous media without self-disturbance.This research adopts literature research and case study method,through analyse the new media literacy literature at home and abroad,construct the theoretical system of the new media literacy education,including the concept and framework of new media,the concept and value orientation of the new media literacy education,the new media literacy education curriculum theory value.This theoretical system provides a theoretical basis for the development of new media literacy curriculum.Second,this study selected four typical media literacy curriculum development case,including the course called "Assignment: media literacy" in United States,GCSE media studies course in British,school based media literacy courses in Beijing,the media literacy courses in Taiwan,and analyzed its curriculum goal,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,and summing up the successful experience of media literacy curriculum development,including around core concept construct curriculum goals,set the curriculum content with "empowerment" as the value orientation,the combination of independent curriculum and integrated curriculum;emphasis on diversified curriculum evaluation.Finally,based on "Taylor’s principle",supported by the theoretical system of new media literacy,and combined with the successful experience of media literacy curriculum development in the world,this study carried out theoretical exploration on the four aspects of new media literacy curriculum,including its goal,content,implementation and evaluation. |
