Organizing normal students to practice in rural primary and secondary schools is an effective measure to promote teacher education reform and strengthen the practical teaching of normal students.It is an excellent opportunity to guide teachers to experience and understand students.Paying attention to the generation of “ students knowledge ” of student teachers has an important role in improving their teaching and class management level.The study takes the student teachers of G university as the research object,selects the P area schools as the main research base,selects six student teachers as the main case.The literature,case study,questionnaire survey,observation method and interview method are used to explore the practice generation of “students knowledge” of student teacher.Dealing with the related research achievements of teachers’ professional knowledge and "students knowledge",and combining the empirical investigation of "students knowledge" of student teachers,the paper proposes the content types of "students knowledge".According the content types,including student knowledge base,student learning interest,student learning difficulties,student learning effects,student class discipline and student behavior habits in the two fields of teaching and class management,through interviewing and observing,describing and analyzing the practice generation process of "students knowledge" of student teacher.The study found that "students knowledge" of student teachers experienced from vagueness to clarity,from general to specific,from one-sided to comprehensive,from ignorance to gradual enlightenment,from self-doubt to strategic exploration,from inaction to take action generation process.The commonality is that "students knowledge" of student teachers are constructing based on individual experience,reconstructing in the face of problem situations,rethinking and reconstructing in action,and optimizing with the help of important others.Throughout the whole generation process of "students knowledge" of student teachers,the main problems found that before internship teaching,they are blindly confident in their "students knowledge",there are many cognitive conflicts ininternship teaching process,the breadth and depth of "students knowledge" are varied,and the conditions for in-depth study of students are insufficient,and the supportive counseling of important others is absent.Furthermore,the reasons for the problems are analyzed from the three influencing factors of student teachers,student teachers’ schools and university.The strategies for promoting "students knowledge" generation are proposed.First of all,the student teachers should strengthen their self-development awareness and consciously store "students knowledge",constructing the meaning of "students knowledge" in interactive communication;reflecting in time in action.Secondly,university should optimize the teaching implementation process,increase the situational "students knowledge",improve the quality of practical curriculum implementation,and help the student teachers to effectively accumulate "students knowledge".And then,student teachers’ school should report and accurately match as needed;responsibility and careful guidance.Finally,university,student teachers’ school,parents,and regional government departments need to form a joint force to provide necessary conditions to promote the generation of "students knowledge" of student teachers.
