In 2011,the outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2011-2020 years)was promulgated.It is clear that modern education should fully grasp the teaching information,rely on the basis of multimedia network,and adopt the teaching means of information.Flipped classroom,as an important teaching mode for the development of educational informatization,plays an important role in educational reform.Education evaluation is an important link in teaching.At present,the research on the evaluation of the overturned classroom is not sufficient.It is necessary to carry out the study of the teaching evaluation in the flipped classroom from a new angle.The study on the evaluation of the flipped classroom teaching has the role of diagnosis,guidance and encouragement in the teaching of the overturned class,which is beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency of the classroom teaching and provide guidance for the teaching of information.The CIPP model is a decision based evaluation model,which is consistent with the teaching evaluation objectives and ideas in the overturned class.The teaching evaluation system based on the CIPP model has both theoretical foundation and practical teaching operability.Based on the CIPP model as the theoretical basis and the goal of the overturning classroom teaching evaluation,the paper focuses on the three bases of the flipping classroom teaching practice,the relevant scholars' research arguments and the teaching system,and the construction of the "C"-input(I)-process(P)-results(P).Four indexes,such as environmental preparation,double main condition,implementation process and teaching result,are the index system of first grade,ten grade two and twenty-eight three grade.Secondly,Delphy Fa and AHP are used to determine the weight of the index,and the analytic hierarchy process software is used to analyze the expert questionnaire.On the basis of ensuring the validity of the data,a perfect evaluation index system of the overturned classroom teaching is finally obtained.Finally,the construction of the evaluation index system of the teaching of the construction of the overturn course is applied to the teaching process of 3D printing in middle school.Through the evaluation of the overturned class in the 3D printing course,the problems existing in the 3D printing course are found out.On the one hand,the validity of the evaluation index system is verified.On the one hand,it is the overturning class.The implementation of the hall provides suggestions for improvement.The research results show that the "CIPP based flipping classroom teaching evaluation system" is effective in evaluating the teaching of the overturned class,and can feed back theproblems in the course of the flipping class,including the group cooperation,the sexual guidance and the results display.This evaluation system is conducive to flipping classroom teaching level and improving teaching evaluation level.
