| Many researchers pay attention to the Flipped Classroom Model because of the subversion of the teaching process,the training of students’ ability and so on.The study found that the researchers will use the Flipped Classroom Model in university because of the free learning environment and the consummate support for resources,then they have achieved a lot of results.In the process of application,Some problems are emerging,for Flipped Classroom Model in Chinese universities,the lack of evaluation standard has become a major issue.based on this problem,this paper put forward this research about the evaluation system of the Flipped Classroom in universities.In the course of the research,first of all,the author started from the actual factors that affected the implementation of the Flipped Classroom Model,and analyzed of the evaluation methods and evaluation concepts had been used in the Flipped Classroom Model both domestic and foreign.Based on these jobs,the author constructed the prototype of the evaluation system;According to the interviews with teachers and students,secondly the author summarized the behavior and performance in Flipped Classroom Model,and then the prototype was modified;After these jobs,the author maked a sound work to consummate this evaluation system through the combination of the views and suggestions of subject experts.For a system,the importance of each standard is different.The author design scale for questionnaire survey of experts,and get the results of various factors weights through the analysis of the data by Delphi method corresponding to each index weights.Any system or model should be put into practice.After the construction of the evaluation system of the Flipped Classroom Model in universities,the system has been carried out in practice with defined course.The research shows that this evaluation system has diversified ways and a strong operational in practic.Due to the limitation of personal knowledge and ability,this study also has some shortages to be improved,For the evaluation of the Flipped Classroom Model,we should uphold the principle of comprehensive,objective and diversified to explore and improve present situation,so the author hopes that more researchers can be involved in the team. |
