Preschool education plays an important role in personal lifelong education and social development.The overall quality and professional identity of preschool education students have an important impact on the construction and development of early childhood education.With the reform of the education system,preschool education has received more and more attention,and the professional requirements of pre-school education students in the country and society have been continuously improved.To build a high-level pre-school education professional team,it is necessary to promote the cultivation and promotion of professional identity to reshape the professional identity,cognitive structure and professional ability of pre-school education students.As an important factor influencing the development of preschool education and the professional learning psychology of students,professional identity will not only affect the construction of preschool education teachers,but also closely related to the quality of preschool education.At present,the research objects of professional identity in the industry mainly focus on the professional level of graduate students and undergraduates,but the research on the professional identity of preschool education majors is rare.This paper combines the concepts of identity,professional identity,pre-school education students and pre-school education students with professional identity,and combs the theory of personality development stage,social identity theory,professional self-efficacy theory and attitude theory.Research extracts the theoretical essence to provide theoretical basis for this article.On this basis,this study takes the Jiangxi Wannian Normal School as an example to study the status of professional identity of preschool education students.Through a questionnaire survey of 300 pre-school students in the school,six representative pre-school pre-school students were randomly selected for interviews to comprehensively and deeply understand the status of professional identity of preschool education students in Wannian Normal School in Jiangxi Province.And related influencing factors.The research shows that the professional identity of preschool education studentsin Wannian Normal School in Jiangxi Province is generally above the upper middle level,and the students with career planning are significantly higher than the professional identity of students without clear career planning;women are significantly higher than men;second grade Students are significantly higher than the first and third grade students;and the difference in household registration will not have an impact on students’ professional identity.The eugenics’ professional identity is significantly higher than that of poor students.Students who actively choose majors are generally higher than passive students.The factors affecting the professional identity of pre-school education students in the middle school are mainly the learning environment,career planning,talent training goals,teacher professionalism,social evaluation,career development prospects.Based on this,this paper proposes the professional identity training strategy of preschool education students in Secondary Normal School from three perspectives of micro,meso and macro and based on individual,school and society.
