| With the intensification of world economic and trade competition,the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry are urgently needed.If we want to transform manufacturing industry and upgrade international competitiveness,we need to match technical talents,all of which come from vocational education,especially regional economic development and transformation and upgrading.In order to study the current coordinated development of secondary vocational education and regional economy in Xinzhou,this paper analyzes the current coordinated development of secondary vocational education and regional economy in Xinzhou by means of data statistics and questionnaire survey.The study in this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the study background of this subject,and combs the study status.This paper introduces the relationship between regional economy and education,the mutual influence and mutual promotion of regional economic development and secondary vocational education.The second part is mainly about the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the study,so as to limit the object and scope of the study,and point out the direction for the study.The third part is to investigate the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and regional economy in Xinzhou.Through the survey found that exists to provide personnel support poor medium occupation education and regional economic coordinated development in Xinzhou city;the serious loss of talents;talents and technology type industrial structure does not match the characteristics;and the regional economic characteristics of agricultural development does not match;lack of occupation technology talents etc..The fourth part mainly analyzes the causes of the inadaptability of Xinzhou’s regional economic development and secondary vocational education from the aspects of social environmental factors,government’s management factors,and secondary vocational school’s own management factors.The fifth part according to the existing problems and reasons of Xinzhou city medium occupation education and regional economic coordinated development,but also from the government level,enterprise level and medium occupation college level puts forward concrete strategies through these measures to lay the foundation for cultivating talents in secondary occupation education.In conclusion,the implementation of these measures can improve the adaptability of secondary vocational education and regional economic development in Xinzhou,promote the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and regional economy,and contribute to the economic development and the improvement of people’s livelihood in Xinzhou. |
