Secondary vocational schools' teaching functions are mainly performed by their teachers.The scale,structure and quality of teachers in vocational schools are important factors for the quality of vocational education.And new secondary vocational school teachers are an important part about optimizing vocational teachers,and their professional development has been a hot topic on the research theory and practice of vocational education.The early stage of teachers' occupation is the key to the formation of professional attitudes and tendency.They can preferably and quickly adapt to the job,which is not only relate to the internal demand of new teachers,but also serious tasks of teacher education.Based on the new teachers' vocational adaptation,the research studies and analyzes their process of vocational adjustment problems,at the theoretical foundations of teachers professional development theory,knowledge theory,learning organization theory,the hierarchy of needs theory,lifelong education theory,in order to adapt to promote teachers professional development.The first part of this study is basic study.As the beginning of this paper,the part dwells on the study origin,literature review,research methods,research significance.Second step is to explain the concept of secondary vocational education,new teacher,adaptation and occupational adaption,and introduce theoretical basis of this study.And then,the third part mainly analyzes a case of new secondary vocational school teachers career adaptation,which includes preparation for job,teaching work,education research work,interpersonal relationship,continuing education for new teachers.Used narrative study,and combined with interviewing method and observational method,the research analyzes success factors and difficulties of vocational adjustment,and some conclusions are obtained.Finally,in view of the the actual situation of new vocational teachers,combined with teachers' vital interests,the paper comes up with some feasible suggestions,which makes countermeasures more operable.It is of great significance for development of teachers' professional career.Because the research and analysis of secondary vocational school teachers' current situation,can make them perform well in the professional survival phase,shortenthe cycle of vocational adjustment,and adapt to secondary vocational teachers' role as soon as possible,stabilize vocational education teachers team construction,improve the new teachers' professional level,promote the teachers' personal growth.
