The Research On Job Burnout Of Preschool Teachers' And Its Resolution Strategies

At present,with the development of economy,people are facing more and more pressure.Under more pressure,more and more people become impatient,especially the workplace people are more prone to anxiety.In recent years,the society pays more and more attention to the campus safety problems,and the education departments are more and more strict with the students' life safety requirements.Under the pressure of teaching and safety,more and more educators have burnout phenomenon.As a special group of teachers,preschool teachers are faced with a group of young children who can not take care of themselves and their communication ability is limited.In addition to organizing classroom teaching,preschool teachers should also take care of children's lives and pay attention to children's safety.So they're under more pressure.In the face of job burnout caused by stress,preschool teachers should learn to adjust themselves,release pressure with more scientific methods,and transform pressure into power rationally.In this paper,the preschool teachers in Nanchang were selected as the sample,and the questionnaire survey and interview were conducted.In the survey found that more and more teachers in job teaching job burnout.In this paper,the factors of affecting the kindergarten teachers Kindergarten Teachers Occupation Burnout Questionnaire,through the analysis of the difference of the kindergarten teachers' occupation burnout and regression analysis found that the kindergarten teachers' occupation and neglect of interpersonal relationship,work load,occupation development,teachers' personality,student factors,teaching skills,the school environment is related to several factors,including positively related to workload,occupation development,teachers' personality,and teaching skills,interpersonal relationship has a significant negative correlation.The kindergarten teachers' occupation development,interpersonal relationship,work load,school environment,teaching skills have a great influence on the occupation burnout,according to these factors put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to help the team construction of kindergarten teachers' occupation.
