With the severe employment situation of college students in our country, there is an increasingly prominent tendency to compete for the father, that is,to use the resources of parents to apply for a job.We define this phenomenon as PinDie job searching behavior tendency.PinDie job searching behavior tendency refers to a behavioral tendency driven by subjective intention to use parents' resources to achieve employment goals in the process of job-hunting.This phenomenon not only hinders the realization of the principle of social equity and impedes the mobility of social strata, but also hinders the survival of vulnerable groups of college students and the rational allocation of social resources. In view of this social phenomenon, this study takes hidden rule identity as the entry point to discuss PinDie job searching behavior tendency. We speculate that hidden rule identity may be an important individual variable that influences PinDie job searching behavior tendency.Based on this, this study focuses on three questions: first,as a behavioral tendency,PinDie job searching behavior tendency has individual differences. How to evaluate such individual differences? Secondly,is there any correlation between hidden rule identity and PinDie job searching behavior tendency ? Finally, whether the hidden rule identity will promote the PinDie job searching behavior tendency, whether there is a causal relationship between them? To this end, this study conducted three studies. In the first part of the study, the scale of ? PinDie job searching behavior tendency? was compiled. On the basis of previous literature, this study compiled the?PinDie job searching behavior tendency?,through the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,to get a formal questionnaire is composed of seven projects, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, can be used to assess PinDie job searching tendency of individual differences. The second study explores the correlation between hidden rule identity and PinDie job searching behavior tendency.Based on the survey of 432 college students on hidden rule identity scale and PinDie job searching behavior tendency scale,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between hidden rule identity andPinDie job searching behavior tendency. In the third study, the cause-and-effect relationship between general hidden rule identity and personal hidden rule identity was explored through two sub-experiments.The two studies manipulated general hidden rule identity and personal hidden rule identity by writing tasks, and controlled the influence of belief in a just world and social desirability.Using the single-factor three-level experimental design,160 college students were randomly divided into three groups: awakening personal hidden rule group, personal formal rule group and non-arousal group. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the three groups, and awakening personal hidden rule identity had no effect on PinDie job searching behavior tendency.Similarly,160 college students who were recruited were randomly assigned to the general hidden rule group, general formal rule group and non-arousal group. The results showed that awakening general hidden rule group and non-arousal group had significantly higher level of PinDie job searching behavior tendency than awakening general formal rule group. Therefore, awakening general hidden rule can promote PinDie job searching behavior tendency. In addition, both results show that the level of PinDie job searching behavior tendency is not affected by belief in a just world, but by social desirability. In this study,a new concept of "PinDie job searching behavior tendency " was proposed, and a questionnaire of ?PinDie job searching behavior tendency? was compiled to evaluate the differences of individual PinDie job searching level, and to reveal the influence of hidden rule identity on PinDie job searching behavior tendency. In theory, this study constructs a psychological construct of PinDie job searching behavior tendency, which enriches the theoretical research in job searching behavior field. In addition, from the perspective of social psychology,it is found that the hidden rule identity of others influences the PinDie job searching behavior tendency, which enriches the normative identification theory. Not only the self-identification,but also the normative identification of others will affect the behavior level of individuals. In terms of method, this study has developed a scale of? PinDie job searching behavior tendency ? to provide a reliable and effective measurement tool for future empirical research related to PinDie job searchingbehavior tendency. In practice, the results of this study provide enlightenment for effectively reducing the PinDie job searching behavior tendency and promoting social justice.
