The school set up the rules and regulations is intended to standardize the school routine operation,so that schools,teachers and students get all-round development,so a good regulation,in addition to a scientific,standardized system itself is very good,in the implementation of the operation,but also have to be executed to teachers or students identity.Without education system of identity,or most people are interested to comply with school rules violation is invalid,to achieve the purpose of implementation of the system itself,to the development of the school,teachers' vision plays a positive rote.Through the literature review,we find that there are many researches on the school rules and regulations,but there is still a lack of research on the teachers' recognition of the school rules and regulations.Therefore,this study follows the research ideas and models of "putting forward the problem,analyzing the problem and solving the problem".Through the collection and analysis of the relevant rules and regulations,system identification documents,mainly adopts questionnaire "middle school teachers' identity status" of the rules of the school and middle school teachers' recognition of school rules and regulations of the influencing factors of Jilin CZ middle school teachers,through interviews with different titles,education and age of teachers Jilin Middle School of CZ,further investigation of middle school teachers in the school rules and regulations of the identity status and school rules and regulations of the process of formulation,execution,revision of the situation.The problems found are:first,teachers of middle school to the school rules,the low level of overall identity;two middle school teachers in the age long,ordinary teachers and higher education groups on the regulation of the school identity level is low;three,to formulate the rules of the school is not rigorous,not strictly implemented,the amendment is not timely,resulting in the level of middle school teachers agree on the rules of the school is low.Based on the problems and reasons,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the teachers' recognition of the school rules and regulations,and provides reference for the management of school rules and regulations.First,the organization of the rationalization of the school rules and regulations to improve the teacher's identity;two,strict implementation of school rules and regulations to improve teachers' identity;three,timely and reasonable revision of the school rules and regulations to improve teachers' identity.So as to better guide the school rules and regulations to the orbit of the fine management,make the teachers higher identity,realize the vision of the school and the teachers themselves.
