Since the founding of New China,rural preschool education has gone through a tortuous process of recovery and reconstruction,standardization and development,reform and improvement.In the construction of rural preschool education,it has always been the core content to cultivate rural preschool teachers actively and improve the professional quality of rural preschool teachers.Therefore,carrying out the study on the professional quality of rural preschool teachers can not only improve the outstanding problems in the development of rural preschool education,but also promote the development of professional quality of rural preschool teachers to a systematic and standardized way.This study takes teacher A of rural preschool in city X as the study object,and conducts study on the development of teacher A's professional quality through case study method,observation method,interview method and other study methods.Taking the actual work situation of teacher A and the basic situation of the preschool as the breakthrough point,this paper divides the professional quality development of teacher A into three different stages: preparation period,the beginning of work and work on the right track.It also collates and analyses teacher A's different stages,and then sums up the reasons affecting the professional quality development.It is concluded that the influencing factors of rural preschool teachers' professional quality development can be divided into internal and external parts.Most of the internal factors of teachers themselves are the weak foundation of professional accumulation,the low vision of professional development and the insufficient ability of professional development.External factors come from the government and preschools,which are mainly manifested in inadequate funding,poor working atmosphere,lack of training system and low threshold of occupational access.Finally,according to the influencing factors,this paper puts forward some strategies to accelerate and promote the professional development of rural preschool teachers.At the government level,weshould improve the system to support the development of teachers' professional quality.At the preschool level,we can build a platform for teachers' growth and build a community for professional quality development.And at the teacher's own level,we can start from strengthening self-awareness and forming the inertia of professional quality development,which can provide some inspiration for rural preschool teachers' professional quality development.
