With the continuous development of society, the teacher industry is facing tremendous pressure, and job burnout is also deepened. Therefore,it is of practical value to analyze the current situation of teacher job burnout and explore the intervention methods of teacher job burnout. This study is divided into two parts. The first part is to explore the current situation of primary school teachers’ job burnout by questionnaire survey on 342 primary school teachers based on previous studies. The second study aims to explore the mechanism of decentralized endoscopic therapy on primary school teachers’ job burnout and construct an endoscopic dynamic experience model of primary school teachers’ job burnout, which can not only enrich the research on job burnout, but also provide theoretical support for the intervention of teachers’ job burnout. In study 2,12 primary school teachers in Study 1 who scored more than average in Teacher Burnout Scale were selected to conduct daily Naikan Therapy, and the teachers’ professional burnout scale was used to evaluate the status of the experimental group before and after the intervention. This paper collects the original data of insight Experiencers by interviews and personal physical analysis, and uses grounded theory to analyze the transcription data.It constructs the pre-insight experience model,in-insight experience model,after-insight experience model and dynamic experience model of primary school teachers’ job burnout. The results show that:(1)There is no significant difference in gender between primary school teachers’ job burnout;primary school teachers’ job burnout has significant differences in teaching age.After-the-fact test found that teachers who work 6-10 years have the most serious job burnout, and teachers whose teaching age is less than 5 years old The sense of achievement is significantly lower than that of teachers who have been teaching for more than 20 years;the primary school teachers with bachelor degree or above have significantly higher job burnout than the primary school teachers below the undergraduate degree;the married teachers have a higher personal accomplishment than the unmarried teachers.(2)After the intervention, the experiencer’s score on the Teacher Burnout Scale was significantly lower, indicating that Naikan Therapy has a better intervention effect on primary school teachers’ job burnout.(3)Naikan Therapy intervention can effectively reduce primary school teachers’ job burnout and build a complete inner-view experience model.
