In order to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and improve the quality of the teaching staff,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance have implemented the"National Training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers"("National Training Program")since 2010,and the network of teachers has been developed through the network platform.An important form.Network training is the main way and method of "National Training Program".The construction of network training platform is closely related to the quality of training and training.The quality of online learning platform determines the quality of teacher network learning to a certain extent,so it pays attention to the network of primary and secondary school teachers.The construction and application of the learning platform is an important way to improve the effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers' online learning.The author has the privilege to participate in part of the Ningxia "National Training" remote project.From the relevant research and data,the teacher online learning platform has played an active role,but with the in-depth development of the"National Training Program",the primary and secondary school teachers' online learning platform It has not fully met the needs of teachers.Therefore,strengthening the research of online learning platforms has become an important issue for us.This study takes Ningxia "National Training" remote project as an example,adopts investigation and research methods,literature research methods,etc.It mainly analyzes and studies the construction and application status of primary and middle school teachers' online learning platform,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.This study answers the basic connotation and composition of the primary and secondary school teachers' online learning platform.The network platform for primary and secondary school teachers is defined as:an integrated support service system that supports teacher information resource learning,personalized learning and interactive generative learning.With the development of learning concepts and information technology,primary and secondary school teachers will pay more attention to personalized learning and interactive generative learning.Therefore,the teacher's online learning platform will move from supporting information presentation to individualized learning and interactive generation of teachers.Learning support.The components of the network learning platform for primary and secondary school teachers are proposed,namely the management center module,the information resource learning module,the personalized learning module,the communication and interaction module,and the learning evaluation module.Under this framework,the current situation and application status of the existing platform are investigated and analyzed.It is concluded that the current construction and application of primary and secondary school teachers'online learning platform emphasizes the presentation and reception of preset curriculum resources and the generation of resources.Insufficient integration support,inadequate personalized support services,inadequate online course management and offline activity management support,insufficient support for teaching support tools and training support tools,feedback on platform learning and teacher learning,and platform The degree of interaction is not high,the interaction is in the form,the platform is convenient,the interest is insufficient the teacher's emotional input is lacking,the basic function experience is good,the high-level functional experience is not good,the number of teachers participating in the activity and the interactive to put forward some suggestions for solving the shortcomings of the current primary and secondary school teachers' online learning platform,namely,adding multiple interaction mechanisms,improving the efficiency of interactive collaborative learning,using artificial intelligence,big data and other technologies to provide personalized services for teachers and optimize platform functions.Support a variety of training tools and evaluation tools,develop high-quality resources in line with local education and support the construction of generative resources,increase the support of network learning platform policies and training team building,and strengthen the combination of online network training and offline practice.Improve the application effect of the platform,enrich the content and form of offline activities,enhance the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in online learning,enrich the content and form of offline activities,enhance the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in online
