In track and field sports,it is a cyclical repetitive movement of the lower limbs and the circulation of the legs.The scientific nature of track and field teaching directly affects the level of track and field athletes.The different habits and environments of everyone in life lead to an imbalance in the development of each person's lower limbs.And the development of the two legs is unbalanced.It is the so-called strong side leg,weak side leg.The teaching method through weak side legs is to refine the track and field teaching training mode in the traditional teaching and training mode.The training of weak side legs requires scientific and planned control of the teaching process,and finds the weak links in the training process of track and field athletes.Improve the sprint level of students by supplementing the short board with weak side legs.Therefore,it is of practical significance and research value to use the weak side leg development mode in the sprint teaching training to improve the students' sprint training level.In this study,15 students from the Shandong University of Physical Education's Rizhao Campus Sports Training Professional Sprint Class were selected.Fifteen students were divided into group A,group B,and control group,with 5 students in each group.Perform a weak side leg training method and perform 10 weeks of training,the following conclusions were drawn through the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.1.Different training methods have certain effects on the improvement of the100-meter performance of the trainees.The weak side-leg training method is used to look at the special speed quality.The score of the 60-meter speed test group B is better than that of the experimental group A.In the control group,there was no significant difference in the comparison between the experimental group A and the B group.The experimental groups A and B had significant differences compared with the control group.2.Different training methods have certain effects on the improvement of thetrainee's 100-meter performance.Using the weak-legged training method,from the perspective of the special strength,the scores of the five-level jump and the post-shot are given.The results of the experimental group B are better than those of the experimental group B.There was A difference between the results of grade 5 jump test group B and test group A,and there was no difference between the results of shot put after throwing3.Through the experiment,it is found that the training mode of the traditional training mode and the weak side leg intervention has improved the scores of the three groups of trainees,and the scores of the weak side leg intervention training mode have increased greatly.The weak side leg training mode makes the training more detailed and professional,and is better than the traditional training mode for improving the sprint performance.The 100-meter scores of the weak-legged training group were significantly improved.However,there was no difference in the scores of the experimental groups A and B.
