If there is learning,there must be migration.Teachers use knowledge transfer theory to guide teaching,which is not only conducive to improving teaching efficiency,helping students to master new knowledge,skills and discipline behavior,but also to teach students to apply knowledge and skills to new problem situations,that is,to form active and effective knowledge transfer.Guided by the theory of knowledge transfer,this paper mainly studies the methods of literature,questionnaire and experimental research.In the current educational environment,how chemistry teachers combine the characteristics of chemistry and consciously use teaching strategies to improve students’ knowledge transfer ability while teaching chemistry knowledge,so as to achieve the ultimate teaching purpose of"teaching people to fish".The main body of this paper is divided into two parts,the theoretical discussion and empirical research supported by the theory.In the part of theoretical discussion,a large number of relevant literatures on knowledge transfer theory and precipitation-dissolution equilibrium were consulted.The development history of knowledge transfer theory,how to apply it to specific teaching and how to promote learning transfer strategies in different teaching are studied in depth.In the literature review on precipitation dissolution balance,the author studies the two aspects of teaching design and teaching strategies,and then summarizes six knowledge transfer strategies that can be applied to precipitation-dissolution balance.The second part is empirical research.Six kinds of knowledge transfer strategies are applied to the teaching of precipitation-dissolution balance.Based on the test questions and questionnaire results,the changes of students’academic performance and learning transfer ability are discussed under the guidance of the theory of knowledge transfer strategies.In order to get a clearer view of the experimental results,the author analyzed the results with SPSS,and finally gave out that the application of knowledge transfer strategy in the teaching content of precipitation-dissolution balance is helpful to the improvement of students’performance,and also to the cultivation of students’ learning transfer ability.At the end of the paper,some suggestions are put forward for the application of knowledge transfer strategy in precipitation dissolution balance teaching,aiming to provide some useful experience for front-line teachers to better apply knowledge transfer strategy in chemistry teaching.
