Teachers' sense of professional accomplishment is closely related to the motivation of teachers' work,and also it is one of the sources of teachers' work motivation.Therefore,researching this topic,the rural teachers' professional accomplishment,is a feasible way to improve the quality of rural education by stimulating the internal motivation of rural teachers and carrying out education and teaching reform practice based on their subjective initiative.The research will take the rural junior high school teachers' professional accomplishment as the starting point,and then study some problems,such as the environment and status of rural junior middle school teachers,the current status of professional achievement and the factors influencing professional accomplishment.The research uses qualitative research methods,chooses the constructing grounded theory as the research path,and selects 3 principals and 10 teachers of rural junior high schools to conduct interviews,collects data by semi-structured interview method,and adopts Strauss three-level coding program analyzes the data.The study found that rural junior high school teachers are faced with many difficulties in their environment and their own state,including the shrinking scale of rural schools,the disabled rural students and the incomplete native families,the aging of teachers and their knowledge and skills,and the positive and progressive thinking of teachers is getting weaker and weaker.The current rural junior high school teachers' sense of professional accomplishment is relatively lacking,and there is a gap compared with the past.The reason is that the status of education in rural areas has declined,the social evaluation of teachers is not objective,the decline of education and teaching input,and the difficulty to produce educational and teaching achievements.Among them,the difficulty to produce educational and teaching achievements,which is the root cause of the lack of professional accomplishment of rural junior middle school teachers.The formation process of professional accomplishment of rural junior middle school teachers is like this:the reasonable expectation of education and teaching is the starting point of professional achievement,then the corresponding investment is putted in teachers' work,and finally creating output of education and teaching,the great output gives the teacher a positive evaluation.Under the feedback of the positive evaluation,the teacher transforms the professional achievement into the professional achievement sense.After forming the professional achievement sense,the new education and teaching expectation will be generated,so cyclically.What the factors affecting the rural junior middle school teachers' sense of professional accomplishment include:the teacher's education and teaching achievements,the matching of education and teaching input and output,teacher evaluation,job title evaluation and reward mechanism,and the matching of individual talents and environmental requirements.On this basis,four suggestions are put forward.Firstly,diverting teachers,adding the fresh blood to the teachers' team and implementing teachers' on-the-job training.secondly,unblocking the channels for teachers to evaluate titles and improving the performance reward mechanism of teachers.Thirdly,improving the boarding education further and taking measures to make up for the lack of students' family education.Lastly,formulating relevant laws and regulations and establishing correct public opinion orientation.
