In the curriculum evaluation,the physics curriculum reform requires teachers not to use only a single evaluation method to evaluate students' experimental ability.Especially in physics experiment,it is not enough to evaluate students' experimental ability only with the experimental questions on the test paper,we also need an evaluation method to evaluate students' experimental ability separately.Performance assessment focuses on the performance of students in the process of completing tasks,and has more advantages in evaluating students' experimental ability than traditional evaluation methods.Through the application of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching,it not only supplements the existing evaluation system in physics experiment teaching,but also provides an operable solution for teachers to improve experimental teaching and students to improve experimental ability.This thesis discusses the application of performance assessment in physics experiment teaching of middle school from six chapters.The first chapter expounds the reason and significance of the research,and introduces the main research contents of the article and the research methods used in the thesis.The second chapter defines the related concepts in the thesis,and introduces the research status at home and abroad on the basis of a large number of literatures.The third chapter makes a brief explanation of the three theoretical foundations of performance assessment.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the evaluation of physics experiment teaching in middle school.On the basis of interviews,the questionnaire is revised and improved based on the opinions and suggestions of teachers.Through the survey of students and teachers,we can understand the current status of experimental teaching evaluation,analyze the results based on the survey results,and summarize the reasons why the evaluation did not achieve our intended purpose.The fifth chapter is the application principle and strategy of performance assessment.Based on the investigation conclusion,the application principle and design ideas of performance evaluation are put forward.The sixth chapter is the practice of performance assessment in the middle school physics experiment teaching.Firstly,the general evaluation tools of performance assessment is introduced.Secondly,the corresponding experimental teaching case is designed according to the design strategy of performance assessment.Finally,the design advantages are expounded.Practice has proved that performance assessment can better evaluate students' experimental ability,and it is helpful to improve students' learning effect and interest.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)In combination with teacher interviews,two questionnaires were prepared;(2)Three experimental teaching cases are designed and developed for the application of performance assessment to the practice of physics experiment teaching in middle school.
