Analysis And Implementation Of Educational Policy Of Private College In Jiangxi Province

China begun to implement the "People’s Republic of China Private Education Promotion Law"(hereinafter referred to as private education promotion law)since2003,which clearly stipulates that "private education belongs to public welfare,is a component part of socialist education." For private education the state adopts the policy of actively encouraging,vigorously supporting,correctly guiding and administrating according to law,so as to determine the equal legal status of private education and public education.China’s private higher education is a form of education which refers to approved by the government,private enterprises and institutions,social organizations and other social organizations and individual citizens mainly use non-financial education funding,geared to the needs of society,run independently or in the form of shares by the joint venture and run by the above-mentioned organizations or citizens of the individual operating the implementation of higher education.So far,private higher education plays an important role in education system in China,which is of great significance to the development of education in China’s social economy.The rapid development of private colleges and universities has benefited from the encouragement and support of the state’s higher education policy,It is under the support of these policies that private higher education in Jiangxi Province has grown from scratch to small,and has so far formed 31 private colleges and universities.(Including 13 independent colleges).Asked on the relevant domestic and foreign research results and theories,this paper focuses on the application of education policy and practice of private colleges in Jiangxi province through the comparative analysis of historical education policies and foreign private universities.This paper analyzes the implementation of education policy of private colleges and universities in Jiangxi province and the implementation of local education policies and existing problems.Combined with the foreign excellent education policy experience of private colleges and universities,thinking forward the policy measures that meet the National conditions and save the situation,can further improve the level of private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province and the teaching system.This thesis also has strong theoretical value and practical significance great theoreticalvalue and practical significance to promote the implementation of private education practice and reform.
