Since the reform and opening up,China's vocational education has been developing and drawing on the experience of successful vocational education in developed countries.Through its own continuous development,whether it is from the mode of running a school,the scale of running a school,or the quality of running a school,it has already had the conditions for international development..For a long time,under the China-Africa Cooperation Forum mechanism,China-Africa education cooperation has been in a benign interaction.Especially with the in-depth promotion of the “One Belt,One Road” national strategic initiative,more and more Chinese-funded enterprises have chosen to seek new development in Africa,and vocational education as a supplier of technical skills talents for enterprises is “going out”.It is of great practical significance for enterprises to provide high-quality talent services,provide experience for China's education “going out”,and contribute to the comprehensive cooperation of China-Africa education.The paper selects the case “Zambia Pilot Project” as the research object,and conducts an in-depth discussion on the “Zambia Pilot Project” through interviews and data collection,and analyzes the problems and challenges that China's vocational education “into Africa” will face in the new era,and proposes to promote the Chinese and African occupations.Thinking about the strategy of better cooperation and development of education.In terms of research methods,this paper uses literature analysis and historical analysis to summarize the literature on the development of vocational education in Africa,the cooperation practice between China and Africa,and the internationalization of China's vocational education.Using historical analysis to develop vocational education in Zambia And the analysis of the cooperation practice of Zhongzan vocational education;at the same time,through the interview method,the article case part was explored.In addition to the introduction,the main points of the article are as follows:First of all,through the literature review,review related journals,works and official media,this paper analyzes the background and development practice of China's vocational education "into Africa",and believes that China's vocational education "into Africa" is the China-Africa Cooperation Forum.The framework and the “One Belt,One Road” background are accompanied by the “going out” of enterprises.The main forms of practice include the non-professional technical education training led by the national government,the non-technical training of enterprise participation,and the independent development of higher vocational colleges.Cooperation in non-vocational education.Secondly,it summarizes the cooperation process between China and Zambia in the field of vocational education.It believes that the main contents of the cooperation between China and Zambia are: technical training of Tanzania-Zambia Railway,receiving more and more international students from China,and Confucius Institutes.Technology communication platform,exchanges and cooperation between vocational colleges.Thirdly,through in-depth interviews with the Chinese management personnel of the “Zambia Pilot Project”,the pilot project was taken as a case to study from the project implementation background,main features,achievements,impacts,and major problems faced.Finally,starting from the opportunities and challenges faced by China-African vocational education cooperation in the new era,it is proposed that China's vocational education "into Africa" should be coordinated and strengthen the top-level design;cultivate an international faculty,strengthen the localization of teachers;Education "going out" resource sharing platform;establishing a standard system for "going out" vocational education;establishing countermeasures for quality awareness and building a quality assurance system.
