The 2017 version of the new curriculum standard advocates the organization of teaching by concept.The biology department is composed of many concepts,and student learning is an advanced process.Never accepting learning,from the initial stage of learning,to the review and consolidation of the completion period,the understanding and divergence of concepts is gradually deepening and maturing.Therefore,it is important to teach students to build a conceptual hierarchy network and to strengthen the organization,application and divergence of knowledge.Among them,the effective use of learning strategies will greatly improve the learning efficiency of students.This study focuses on organizational learning strategies.The important ideas embodied in the organizational strategy are to summarize,summarize,contrast and divergence,and form a knowledge structure.Consciously using certain structures and systems to organize curriculum knowledge to form an orderly whole,reflecting the important role of organizational strategy in learning progress.The purpose of this study is to integrate organizational strategies intohigh school biology teaching,to teach specific methods related to organizational strategies,and to implement training so that it can be effectively used.This paper reviews the concept and method of organizational strategy,the meaning of learning progression,the application status of organizational strategy in high school teaching and the theoretical basis of organizational strategy.And through the preparation and distribution of questionnaires,analysis of data,the necessity and ways of training students' organizational strategies in biology teaching are proposed.Two students from the second grade of a key middle school in Chongqing were selected as the research object,one for the experimental class and the other for the control class.A five-month organizational strategy teaching application study was carried out,combined with the compulsory two textbook "Genetic and Evolution shows examples of teaching methods related to organizational methods.Finally,through the experimental data before and after the test comparison,as well as the average score fluctuations,the two biological indicators of daily biological notes were analyzed.The results show that students have relatively few daily application of recombinant methods and graphic methods.The application of organizational strategy to high school biology teaching can significantly improve the organizational strategy level of students in the process of learning progress;and the use of organizational methods and strategies bystudents has a positive correlation with their learning effectiveness.
