The implementation of primary school health education is of great significance,its role is to guide primary school students to form a healthy concept,guide students to develop good living habits.The State,society and the family are also paying increasing attention to the implementation of health education at the primary level.This paper uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and field observation method to understand the implementation status of primary school health education.Through the questionnaire survey to understand all aspects of the implementation of health education in primary schools,including the implementation objectives,implementation content,implementation methods and the implementation of the effectiveness of the evaluation.Then use the interview method to communicate with the teacher in depth,use the field observation method to understand the student's attitude to the health education and the participation activity,collect the data and use the corresponding tools to carry on the data statistics and the analysis.It is found that teachers and students have vague understanding of the implementation goals of health education,fragmented implementation content,single implementation methods and lack of efficient evaluation methods,which mainly include the lack of reasonable health education policy and evaluation system in the Education Administrative Department,The systematic construction of school health education is not perfect and the utilization rate of social health education resources is low.Based on the findings of this study,the following suggestions are put forward: first of all,we should give full play to the guiding role of educational management departments and strengthen the planning and management of educational administrative departments.Secondly,the school carries on the systematic construction of the health education,pays attention to strengthen the health education effective implementation,actively excavates the characteristic education resources,develops the school-based curriculum.Thirdly,teachers establish correct concepts,change roles,play a leading role,combine learning and thinking,and seek professional development.Finally,we should integrate all kinds of health education resources: enhance the socialattention of health education,strengthen the connection and cooperation with colleges and universities,and connect with family health education.
