2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated the outline of the "Healthy China 2030" plan.In response to the Healthy China strategy,Shandong Province in 2017 and 2018 successively issued the "Health Shandong 2030" plan outline,"Shandong Province Students physical health promotion regulations" and other documents,and actively promote the popularization and development of health education at the school level,explicitly require primary and secondary schools to offer health education courses,Improve the promotion mechanism of school health education.Therefore,children's health education has become an important issue concerned by the whole society.The smooth development of primary school health education cannot be achieved without a good teaching staff to ensure.However,in view of the current situation,the teaching staff cannot meet the needs of primary school health education work,to a certain extent,has become a bottleneck restricting the development of primary school health education.Therefore,through the investigation of the current situation of the teaching staff of primary school health education,this paper finds the problems and causes of the teaching staff of primary school health education,and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the teaching staff of primary school health education,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.With the help of literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method,this study clarifies the present situation and existing problems of the teaching staff of school health Education,and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the teaching staff of primary school health education on this basis.Existing school health education teachers problems mainly in primary health education teachers in their role aspects knowledge,professional development,the number and training,its causes include teachers health education concept to understand is not in place,resulting in their role ambiguity.Professional Standards for Teachers imperfect,restricting teachers' professional development.Pre-service training system is not perfect,affecting the quality and quantity of teachers.Job training mechanism is not perfect,leading to poor training effect.To solve these problems,the establishment of a high-quality healtheducation teacher professional team,we propose the following recommendations:establish a large view of health education,health education together form;improving professional standards for primary school teachers;specialized training to carry out health education teachers;strengthening health Education vocational training before work,in order to improve the degree of importance to the community on school health education and health education teacher training and improve a serious lack of health education teachers,poor quality problems.
