Recitation is an important teaching method and learning method in the educational tradition of our country in the past thousands of years,Liu Xie praises: "Between chanting,spit the sound of beads jade." "From the thoughtful Qing Dynasty,the sages of all dynasties regarded recitation as the key path of reading,writing,studying and slimming,which contributed to the prosperity of ancient Chinese scribes,the brilliance of literature,the brilliance of culture and the stretching of civilization.Although recitation was impacted by Western studies and the "cultural movement" in modern times,it began to be accompanied by the "Fever of Chinese Studies" and returned to the public view at the turn of the century after the founding of the nation.The January 2017 "opinions on the implementation of the development project of China's excellent traditional cultural heritage" were officially promulgated and implemented,which is the first time that the state has expounded the development of China's outstanding traditional cultural heritage in the form of central file.In the September 2018,in order to further implement the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture,the Ministry of Education and NCSC issued the implementation plan of the Chinese classical recitation project,which signifies that the inheritance and development of traditional culture is an important foundation for the cultural development of the new era,and that recitation will once again combine the characteristics of the development of the times and radiate new vitality.This is of great significance for inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of China,establishing cultural self-confidence and innovating Chinese teaching.Language and writing is the carrier of culture,so the premise of cultural self-confidence is the confidence of language and writing.Inheriting the excellent traditional culture of China,establishing the self-confidence of national culture and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation are the goals that the children of China strive for in the new era.Under this background,taking cultural self-confidence as the research perspective,taking recitation teaching as the research object,this paper probes into the theoretical logic of recitation teaching,and studies the teaching of Chinese recitation in primary schools.The research contents and viewpoints of this paper are as follows:First,recitation teaching has historical logic,scientific logic and cultural logic.Recitation is not a product of whim,nor is it produced out of thin air.It has a deep and long historical basis.The historical combing of the development of recitation in the Qing Dynasty proved that recitation dominated the ancient Chinese education,which was not only respected by the sages of the past dynasties,but also gradually improved with the development of the Times.In the present era,recitation teaching re-enters the classroom,which is not only the inheritance of excellent tradition,but also the inevitable choice of the development of the Times.On the basis of his own study and teaching experience,the ancient educator proved the science and rationality of recitation teaching.From the perspective of psychology and physiology,and through a series of scientific experiments,modern psychologists and educators have not only proved the necessity,rationality and scientific nature of recitation teaching,but also proved the role of recitation teaching in promoting the development of students ' intelligence.Recitation teaching is very necessary in the implementation of Chinese classroom in the new era.The Chinese nation has more than 5,000 years of historical and Cultural Foundation,there is a deep cultural soft power.Culture is the soul of a country and a nation,a reliable guarantee of maintaining national independence and standing in the nations of the world.Vast Huaxia 5,000 years of excellent traditional culture,precipitation of the Chinese children 5,000 years of spiritual yearning and pursuit,is the crystallization of the wisdom of the people of all dynasties,the new era of China's development has an important guiding role,worthy of our inheritance and promotion.Understanding and feeling traditional culture in recitation is the most effective and direct means to inherit the excellent traditional culture of China.Second,the Meng period is the key period of recitation teaching.The experience of scholars in the past dynasties proves that the period of Meng is a critical period of memory development,and the education in this period has a profound influence on the development of children throughout their lives,so there have been "Mongolian and positive" teaching propositions since ancient times.The ancient Mongolian education has important reference significance for the primary education in the new era,whether it is the reading of the book content or the teaching method of recitation,in the new era of Chinese classroom are Chinese teachers should learn and learn from.The ancient culture must have the feudal thought and the ethical idea of that era.In the process of guiding students to learn traditional culture,we must explain to students the characteristics of that era,so that students understand that the development of culture is closely related to the development of the Times,in the process of inheriting traditional culture,we should learn to distinguish the essence and dross of culture,and inherit the essence culture which is beneficial to the development of the new era.Therefore,the implementation of recitation teaching,for teachers ' own cultural literacy has also put forward higher requirements.Third,recitation teaching is faced with the opportunities and challenges of the times.Although recitation teaching has been accompanied by the development of Chinese education and continuous improvement,especially with the rise of "sinology fever",recitation teaching is gradually well known to the public,and held a variety of activities to promote recitation teaching,but in the end due to lack of systematic and organizational,and ultimately failed to form a scale,to build the corresponding recitation brand."Opinions on the implementation of the development project of Chinese excellent traditional cultural inheritance" and the promulgation and implementation of the implementation plan of the Chinese classical Recitation project formally promote and support the promotion and development of excellent traditional culture represented by classical recitation in various fields,especially in all kinds of education,from the perspective of central file.Today,with the wide application of science and technology in the field of teaching,the recitation teaching with state support is faced with both opportunities and challenges.In the investigation,the author found that in the actual Chinese teaching,the implementation of recitation teaching is not perfect,many students do not understand what recitation is,many teachers in the teaching will recite and read aloud did not make an effective distinction,resulting in many students mistakenly think that recitation is read aloud,so the practical effect of recitation teaching is not ideal.Teachers need to strengthen their own literary literacy and cultural literacy,learn from the previous recitation teaching experience,promote the practice of recitation teaching in Chinese classroom,enhance the core quality of students.Fourth,recitation teaching promotes the formation of students ' Chinese core accomplishment.Improving students ' Chinese accomplishment in an all-round way is one of the basic ideas put forward by Chinese curriculum standard,which is a new educational idea which is different from Chinese quality,pays attention to the cultivation process and level of Chinese quality,and starts from four aspects of language construction and application,thinking development and quality,cultural inheritance and understanding,aesthetic appreciation and creation.This is the same as the implementation process of recitation teaching.In addition,recitation teaching can promote the reform of Chinese teaching.The development of globalization not only gives us the opportunity to get out,but also gives others a chance to walk in.Building national cultural self-confidence,inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture,carrying forward the spirit of the Chinese nation,realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is not only the need of our own development,but also the most effective measure to maintain national independence in response to the impact of globalization.Although recitation teaching is a traditional teaching method,but in the new era today,it is a new way of Chinese teaching based on the combination of inheriting excellent tradition and drawing lessons from excellent foreign culture.In the way of the examination of Chinese,the traditional examination of traditional ancient poems,which is based on recitation,is changed,and the students ' recitation is examined to examine the students ' understanding and appreciation of literary works and to promote the reform of Chinese teaching.Fifth,the Chinese classical recitation project to ensure the promotion and implementation humanistic spirit.The implementation of recitation teaching in Chinese classroom is the most direct and effective way to practice Chinese classical recitation project.Therefore,recitation teaching is the guarantee of the implementation of classical recitation in school promotion.The school is the main position of the classical recitation implementation,and the recitation teaching in the classroom is its main channel.The classical ancient poems of selection in Chinese teaching materials are the main contents of students ' recitation,and in the process of actual recitation teaching,the school can expand the scope of students ' recitation content according to the actual recitation teaching situation,and effectively improve the students ' Chinese accomplishment and the application ability of
