With more and more attention paid to traditional Chinese culture,Chinese traditional culture into the campus,into the classroom activities gradually rise,calligraphy as the "core of the core" of traditional Chinese culture is also gradually integrated into the modern education system.From higher calligraphy education to primary and secondary school calligraphy curriculum arrangement tends to gradually improve.As a complete course structure,teaching evaluation is not only an indispensable component,but also an important hinge in teaching activities,connecting each teaching link.Calligraphy education evaluation in primary school is an important part of calligraphy education in primary school.It refers to the value judgment that has been achieved or has not been achieved at present,but may be achieved,in the teaching and learning activities of calligraphy courses.It adopts certain evaluation criteria and evaluation methods to describe and judge students' calligraphy learning activities.Educational evaluation plays a significant role in summarizing and guiding the improvement of teaching quality.More and more calligraphic educators have realized the important role of "promoting teaching by evaluation" and "promoting learning by evaluation" in calligraphy teaching.As an art form that contains traditional Chinese spirit and enriched connotations,calligraphy is now experiencing a running-in period in its integration with the modern education system.When calligraphy is taken as a complete curriculum chain,the evaluation sector in calligraphy education is an important and integral part and serves as a significant hub to connect the various sectors of the calligraphy teaching activities.However,considering the calligraphy education situation in the primary school at present,the whole educational process of calligraphy,from the courses opened to the implementation process of the courses,educational evaluation and other sectors,lies still in the gradually improving and developing stage.Herein,educational evaluation methods for the course calligraphy in the primary school are relatively under – researched.Calligraphy is a form of traditional Chinese art and education is a way to inherit this art form.The present calligraphy education form can roughly be divided into three types,i.e.calligraphy courses within the system of school education,calligraphy courses in the form of training education outside the school as well as folk education in the form of self study forexample.Herein,calligraphy education in the primary school belongs to calligraphy inheritance activities within the system of school education and it refers to,as far as its connotation is considered,the educational activities taken by school age children in the basic education stage,which are presented in school classes in an organized and designed manner and which takes the calligraphy knowledge as the major teaching contents.The evaluation system for calligraphy education in the primary school refers to the organically united measuring and value-judging activities held for the various elements in the previously mentioned calligraphy education activities in the primary school.This paper intends to explore the theoretical problems existing in the construction process of the evaluation system,which are encountered in calligraphy education evaluation practices in the primary school.It adopts the Delphi method as the basic practice method and tires to conduct the exploration with a multiple of research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview method experimental method,etc.The ideas of 15 professionals in related fields are collected and on this basis the theoretical framework of the paper is established.The author also proposes some personal ideas and thoughts after the practical application in certain primary school in Beijing as well as the analysis of its practical situation.In this paper,the problems of the evaluation system construction faced by the calligraphy teaching evaluation in primary schools are explored theoretically.Delphi method is adopted as the basic practice method,and a variety of research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and experiment are adopted.Through the collection of opinions from 15 professionals in related fields,a theoretical framework was formed,and combined with the practical application of calligraphy class in a primary school in Beijing,personal understanding and opinions were put forward.The first part of this article is put forward on the research background,problem,research the problem such as the significance of this paper,the object of study on the scope and definition,has been clear about the calligraphy teaching primary school,elementary school calligraphy teaching evaluation,research scope and the concepts of Delphi method,and the application of Delphi method in the teaching evaluation,primary school teaching evaluation of the Chinese and foreign cases were reviewed.In this paper,the second part is required for primary evaluation theory system integration of related theory,through combing ancient calligraphy teaching evaluation,modern educationguidelines of primary and secondary school calligraphy calligraphy teaching in primary schools in the evaluation of requirements and the existing of calligraphy teaching evaluation to the present teaching evaluation,roughly extracted build primary school calligraphy teaching evaluation theory support as needed.The third part of this paper discusses how to apply Delphi method in the construction of primary school calligraphy teaching evaluation system.By referring to the experience of other disciplines in establishing teaching evaluation with Delphi method,it verifies the reasons and basis for the establishment of primary school calligraphy teaching evaluation system requiring the use of Delphi method.The paper applied the Delphi method to practice,and respectively carried out the analysis of the scientific composition of the expert team including 15 experts,the summary of expert opinions and feedback,and the establishment of the primary school calligraphy teaching evaluation system based on the summary of Delphi method.This part is the presentation of the research results of this paper.The fourth part of this paper aims at the practical application and result verification of the primary school calligraphy teaching evaluation system established in the third part,and verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation system proposed in the third part by implementing different teaching evaluation contents,methods and means for the experimental group and the control group.The last part is the conclusion,which is the summary of the whole paper,the reflection of the limitations of this study and the prospect of the establishment of primary school calligraphy evaluation system.
