In recent years,entrepreneurship has always been the focus of academic and social attention.It is not only an important engine for promoting social development,but also an important strategy for building an innovative country.As a kind of innovative talents,college students are in the best stage of entrepreneurship in terms of knowledge ability,creativity and mental state.Their innovation and entrepreneurial activities have an important impact on promoting scientific and technological innovation and improving the country's comprehensive competitiveness.At present,under the new situation of mass innovation and entrepreneurship,there are more people who have entrepreneurial ideas in the group of college students in China,but the ratio of real entrepreneurial behavior is relatively low.The spontaneity of wanting to start a business is the motivation of entrepreneurship.However,few scholars in the current research have deeply explored the mechanism of the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on the whole process of entrepreneurial behavior.Therefore,the mechanism of the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior in this paper has both theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this study analyzes the key knowledge system framework in the field of entrepreneurial behavior,and uses the bibliometric analysis tool CiteSpaceV to screen relevant literatures in the field of entrepreneurial behavior at home and abroad,and conducts bibliometric analysis on them,systematically combing the research in the field of entrepreneurial behavior at home and abroad.Hotspots and cutting-edge issues.The research finds that the research on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior has been hot,but due to the different research focus at home and abroad,the factors affecting entrepreneurial behavior are numerous and unclear,and in the study of entrepreneurial behavior in China,entrepreneurial motivation is one of the research hotspots,and the research related to entrepreneurial behavior is not deep and detailed.Secondly,based on relevant literature and expert consultation,the explanatory structure model of the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial behavior is constructed.The hierarchical structure of influencing factors is clarified,and the transmission mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation to entrepreneurial behavior is visualized.The results show that the 16 main influencing factors of entrepreneurial behavior can be roughly divided into seven levels of hierarchical structure,which are further divided into surface factors,middle layer factors and deep level factors according to their internal logic.At the same time,it can be seen that entrepreneurial motivation is located in the surface factor of the influence of entrepreneurial behavior.The entrepreneurial will affects entrepreneurial behavior,and it is at the same level and interaction with entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and is influenced by middle-level factors and deep levels.The impact of factors.Thirdly,based on the previous papers,based on the theory of planned behavior,ternary interaction theory and self-efficacy theory,this study constructs a theoretical model of the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior,taking entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial willingness as mediators.The entrepreneurial environment is a regulation variable,and the definition of relevant variables is carried out,and then research hypotheses are proposed.Referring to the existing maturity scale,combined with the actual situation of this study,a questionnaire on the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior was formed,which was applied to six universities in Jiangxi Province(Nanchang University,Jiangxi Agricultural University,Jiangxi Normal University,Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,East China Jiaotong University and Nanchang Hangkong University conducted a questionnaire survey to obtain raw data.Finally,using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 software to carry out reliability,validity analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the data,the test indicates that the scale has certain rationality.Through the regression analysis,the hypothesis test is carried out,the theoretical model proposed in this paper is verified,and the variance analysis of the control variables is discussed to further improve and correct the innovation.A theoretical model of the impact of industry motivation on entrepreneurial behavior.The research shows that:(1)Entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior,and the spiritual motivation and responsibility motivation also have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior.(2)Entrepreneurial selfefficacy and entrepreneurial willingness in the process of entrepreneurial motivation affecting entrepreneurial behavior The mediation role of the two plays a mediating role in the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial behavior.(3)The policy financing environment,social and cultural environment and education and training environment of the entrepreneurial environment play a positive role in the process of entrepreneurial motivation in the process of entrepreneurial behavior,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial behavior,and entrepreneurial willingness to entrepreneurial behavior;The policy financing environment and the education and training environment play a negative role in regulating the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial self-efficacy.(4)The gender,grade,and family member entrepreneurial experience in the background information of the sample will have a significant impact on entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial willingness,entrepreneurial environment perception,and entrepreneurial behavior choice.Based on the above conclusions,from the perspective of improving entrepreneurial motivation,identifying and improving entrepreneurial selfefficacy and entrepreneurial willingness,and creating an entrepreneurial environment,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve college students' entrepreneurial behavior.
