Study On The Reversal Of Public Opinion In Chongqing Bus Crash Case

As a kind of anomie of online public opinion,the reversal of online public opinion has become more and more serious in recent years.Chongqing bus falling into the river case was selected as one of the top ten public opinion reversal cases in qingbo big data in 2018.Based on chongqing bus drop in river network public opinion of the particularity of such event,on the basis of comprehensive researches,with the general network public opinion such event,this paper compares and analyzes the difference of the characteristics of "major"network of public opinion,influence,to study the cause,lessons and inspiration,hope to governance to provide reference for future similar incidents of public opinion.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of "serious case" network public opinion reversal events,this paper finds that.compared with other public opinion reversal events,"serious case" has three unique effects,that is,female drivers'"stigmatization" is reflected,"public opinion riding" promotes the solution of public transport safety problems,and continuous reversal makes netizens learn lessons.As for the influencing factors of this public opinion reversal event,it will be analyzed from the three dimensions of diverse public opinion participants,public opinion objects and public opinion environment.From the perspective of multiple participants in public opinion,the problems of officials,media,netizens and opinion leaders are overlapping.From the perspective of the object of public opinion,sensitive topics are easy to trigger discussion among netizens and "stigmatization of female drivers" adds fuel to the fire.From the perspective of online public opinion environment,post-truth online public opinion environment incites netizens'negative emotions.Similarly,similar problems should be solved from three aspects.Diversified public opinion participants play a synergistic effect,that is,the government clarifies the subject and authority of information release in major emergencies,the media should avoid "canned thinking",and netizens and opinion leaders should improve media literacy.At the object level of public opinion,the government should strengthen the governance of daily social public events.At the level of public opinion environment,the legal norms of post-truth network public opinion environment should be improved.Finally,based on the performance of all parties in the "serious case" public opinion reversal event,the paper reflects on the current news production mechanism,the response to the online public opinion crisis of mainstream media,and the flow of discourse power in the online public opinion field.At present,most of the studies on online public opinion reversal in the academic world are macro,focusing on the combing and summarizing of public opinion reversal events,and lacking of in-depth studies on a certain kind of public opinion reversal phenomenon or a major online public opinion reversal accident.This paper makes a more accurate analysis of "serious case",a case of online public opinion reversal,in an attempt to get some enlightenment from the case of major sudden public opinion.
