Educational activity is a kind of creative work which needs high wisdom and constant pursuit.It is a process of development and perfection that infiltrates the spirit of humanism,uninterrupted and endless.School education should not only cultivate people who develop in one aspect,but also focus on cultivating" whole person"or"complete person".This is the embodiment of the humanistic value of education.Teachers'humanistic accomplishment is the prerequisite to ensure that teachers' work is humanistic,and it is also an inevitable requirement for teachers to engage in educational work.Combining with the professional characteristics of physics teachers,this paper first constructs the index system of physics teachers' humanistic literacy through two questionnaires consulting of 35 physics teachers,and synthesizes the opinions of three experts on the weight of the index by using the method of chromatography analysis.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was designed to preliminarily study the current situation of physics teachers'humanistic literacy from the perspectives of physics teachers and students.Finally,some suggestions on improving the humanistic literacy of post-service physics teachers are put forward.The paper is divided into six parts as follows:The first part is the introduction part,which elaborates the research background of this paper.By sorting out and classifying the relevant literature,it clarifies the research status,and further determines the research content,significance and methods.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts."Physics teacher's humanistic accomplishment"is a relatively complex concept,which needs to be defined,and elaborated on the relevant theoretical basis as a support.The third part is the construction of the index system and the determination of the weight.By consulting physics teachers with questionnaires,we can get a clear index system of physics teachers' humanistic literacy and the weight of the three experts.Finally,we can get the index system and weight of physics teachers'humanistic literacy.The fourth part is a survey of the current situation of physics teachers'humanistic literacy.On the basis of the previous chapter,the questionnaire of physics teachers'humanistic literacy and the questionnaire of students'identification with physics teachers are made.Some physics teachers and students in Wuhan are investigated,and the current situation of physics teachers' humanistic literacy is clarified.The fifth part is about the suggestions to improve the humanistic literacy of physics teachers,which is put forward from the perspective of schools and teachers themselves.The sixth part is the summary and Prospect part,which summarizes the research of this paper,and analyses the shortcomings of this paper and the follow-up research tasks.
