China’s politics,economy,science,technology and culture are developing at a rapid pace,and the exchanges between China and foreign countries are also expanding.Under this trend,the boundary between elegant art and popular art is constantly being broken,the art literacy gradually enters the public’s vision,and the academic circle also gradually focuses its research on kindergarten teachers.Kindergarten teachers are the main bearers of kindergarten art activities,and their art literacy will affect the quality of education in children art and the cultivation of their art literacy.This research mainly collects data through questionnaires and interviews.After processing the data with SPSS 22.0 statistical software,it analyzes the problems existing in kindergarten teachers’ art literacy,and on this basis,it explores the reasons and puts forward relevant training suggestions.In this study,kindergarten teachers’art literacy is divided into three dimensions:art emotion attitude and values,art abilities and art knowledges.211 kindergarten teachers from 10 kindergartens in Wuhan city are investigated with self-compiled questionnaires.according to the statistical results,there are significant differences in the art literacy of kindergarten teachers with different educational background,teaching age,professional title and kindergarten teachers of different natures and grades.After understanding the current situation of kindergarten teachers’art literacy in Wuhan city according to the questionnaire data and combining with the interview content,this study found that kindergarten teachers generally have the following problems:deviation in understanding art literacy,insufficient art knowledge reserve,art emotional attitude to be improved,and the overall level of art ability is not high,which can be attributed to the three reasons of pre-service education,post-service training and teachers themselves.Finally,based on the current situation,problems and reasons of kindergarten teachers’art literacy in Wuhan city,four suggestions for kindergarten teachers’art literacy training are put forward:strengthening pre-service education training,strictly grasping kindergarten teachers’admission requirements,paying attention to teachers’post-service training,and establishing teachers’self-education concept.In addition,the researchers also reviewed the whole research process,reflecting and summarizing the research methods,research sampling and other processes.
