Under the background of the popularization of the concept of national fitness and the development of society and economy,our country puts forward more strict requirements on teachers’ physical education quality.As one of the important supporting groups of basic education in China,preschool teachers should better adapt to the needs of society and make changes in the role of teachers.Training and improving the professional sports literacy of preschool teachers is the key link of carrying out preschool sports teaching,and it is also an important part of improving the sports literacy of the whole people.The purpose of this study aims to ZiBo preschool teachers’ physical quality research,found that preschool teachers’ physical quality problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure,make better on infant precept,preschool teachers in daily education influence children’s interest in sports,behavior,and make full use of the function of sports to improve children’s physical quality and shape children’s personality,etc.Literature,this paper analyzes the connotation of the preschool teachers’ physical quality,and on the basis of the theoretical structure of preschool teachers’ physical quality build,using the questionnaire survey method,interview method to investigate the ZiBo city sports quality preschool teachers,preschool teachers’ physical quality problems found ZiBo city,and puts forward related Suggestions.The research results show that :(1)Through the construction of the structure of physical education literacy of preschool teachers in ZiBo city,from the three aspects of sports values,basic knowledge and sports ability of physical education,physical education teaching knowledge and ability,it is concluded that the overall physical education literacy of preschool teachers in ZiBo city is in the middle to the bottom.(2)Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the physical education quality of the preschool teachers in ZiBo city,it is concluded that there is a lack of emotional communication in physical education teaching.The mastery of basic knowledge of sports is very weak,the mastery of sports skills is not ideal;The knowledge of physical education teaching is not solid enough,the ability of protection and help in physical education teaching ability is weak.(3)Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of physical education quality of preschool teachers in ZiBo city,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the physical education quality of preschool teachers are the majors they have studied,the sports training they have participated in and the working hours they have worked.Secondary factors include stadiums and facilities and teaching age.Based on the current situation of physical education literacy of preschool teachers in ZiBocity,the following Suggestions are put forward for the improvement of physical education literacy of preschool teachers: attach importance to the improvement of physical education emotional literacy in teaching activities;Strengthen the training of basic sports knowledge and sports skills in pre-service training;Through "double training" mode,improve the physical education teaching knowledge and ability of preschool teachers;Establish a scientific evaluation and assessment system for preschool teachers’ physical education quality.Male preschool teachers and physical education professional preschool teachers are appropriately introduced to build a scientific teaching team. |
