Research On College Students' Ecological Consciousness And Its Cultivation

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous development of the economy and society,ecological and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent and have become important constraints that hinder economic and social development and affct people's living standards.The problem of ecology is rooted in people's poor environmental consciousness.Therefore,the key to solving ecological problems lies in the transformation of values and the awareness of people's ecological consciousness.As an elite group of young people,college students are the builders and successors of our country and the new force in the construction of ecological civilization.The level of their ecological consciousness is directly related to their own all-round development,affecting their enthusiasm for participating in the construction of ecological civilization,and then influcing the effectiveness of ecological civilization construction and the eternal development of Chinese nation.Sparing no effort to enhance college students' ecological consciousness is helpful for them to take part in the construction of ecological civilization and realize the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature.Paper is divided into four parts.The introduction part firstly expounds the purpose and significance of research on college students' ecological consciousness and its cultivation.Secondly,it combs domestic research results on the definition of ecological consciousness and college students' ecological consciousness,current situation and causes of problems of college students' ecological consciousness,countermeasures to cultivate college students' ecological consciousness and foreign research results on ecological consciousness,cultivation of ecological consciousness and cultivation of college students' ecological consciousness.Finally,it introduces the research methods and innovations.On the basis of the concept of ecological consciousness,the first part expounds the concept and constitution of college students' ecological consciousness.At the same time,it points out that the cultivation of college students' ecological consciousness should not only be based on Marxist ecological theory,but also inherit the excellent traditional Chinese ecological thoughts and draw lessons from Westernecological thoughts.The second part points out the positive aspect of college students' ecological consciousness based on the investigation and reference to related literature.College students initially have a certain understanding,are full of ecological emotion,actively pay attention to ecological issues,and have a high degree of recognition of ecological civilization.In addition,there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the ecological consciousness of college students,such as the lack of ecological knowledge and participation,the easy vacillation of ecological protection will and the utilitarianism of ecological behavior.The paper analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects,including school ecological education,ecological civilization construction,the idea of interest supremacy and consumerism,and provides basis for the cultivation of college students' ecological consciousness.The third part is the focus of the full text content.It mainly explores the countermeasures for cultivating college students' ecological consciousness from five aspects:playing the leading role of ideological and political education in college,giving full play to the positive roll of self-education of the educatees,enriching the content of education,improving educational methods,and creating a favorable social,school and family environment.Self-education is the internal motive force of the cultivation of ecological consciousness.And it emphasizes the combination of education and self-education to form a synergy to enhance college students' ecological literacy,in order to provide useful reference for the development of college students' ecological consciousness cultivation.
