Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Cooperation Between Secondary School And Home

Education is a systematic project.Family and school are two important subsystems which exert great effect on the healthy growth of young people.How to coordinate the relationship between the two and make them cooperate becomes an important research direction for education institutes and schools.However,in the process of the specific implementation of the cooperation,there a re some disharmonious phenomena.This article illustrates the connotation of the family-school cooperation,based on the theory of appreciation-based inquiry,combined with the actual situation of N secondary school,using the literature method,survey method and other research methods,N secondary school teacher questionnaire survey and interviews,This paper analyzes the main problems and causes of the current home school cooperation,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the cooperation between home and school.Full text from five aspects to elaborate:Chapter 1: Introduction.Clarify the reasons and the value of this topic,explain Appreciative Inquiry theory and the relevant concepts,analyze the current research results at home and abroad,and the research methods used in this paper.Chapter 2: A brief introduction to the basic situation of N secondary schools,the design and distribution of the questionnaire to explain.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,reflecting the status of N secondary school school cooperation.Chapter 3: Based on the results of the questionnaire and interviews,the reasons for the deepening of the cooperation between home and school are discussed and the causes are analyzed.Chapter 4: the use of Appreciative Inquiry theory,for the third chapter of the proposed feasibility recommendations,with a view to fully explore the potential of both home and school to promote the maximization of education together.Chapter 5: Conclusion.
