The world today is a rapidly developing world.Against the background of economic and technological development, education is also undergoing great changes.International education has become a global trend. In recent years,China's international education market has been booming.Among the many international schools, more and more schools are adopting the International Baccalaureate program to become an IB World school. As for the application, authorization and re-visiting of IB world schools, the International Baccalaureate Organization has specific and strict standards in three aspects, including the philosophy, organization and curriculum, which inevitably has a great impact on the management process of schools. As a special education institution for cultivating talents, the management process of the school has remarkable characteristics. It can be arranged into four steps:Plan,Do,Check,Adjust or Act according to the management process theory and Deming Cycle theory. These steps are organically combined in a certain order and constitute a dynamic management process system. The study of school management process is of great significance for improving school management level. As a kind of international school,IB world school has its own characteristics in its management process. This thesis systematically introduces and analyzes the school management process of Suzhou Singapore International School through case study. The school, which has simultaneously implemented the IB programs for many years,is a relatively mature IB school. This thesis explores the characteristics of the management process of the IB world school through the analysis of the four major aspects of Planning,Doing,Checking,Adjustment of the school, including case observation, interviews with multiple leaders, and teacher questionnaire survey. On the basis of these characteristics, some research conclusions are drawn, and it is concluded that this IB world school has been relatively successful in terms of planning, school system, humanistic care incentive mechanism, inspection system and adjustment treatment, and has well implemented the standards of IB school,In the same way, there are still some aspects that need to be improved in the implementation of the management process, such as teachers' evaluation and material incentive, staff training, etc. From the case study of the process,we can find that the management process of an IB world school must match with the requirements of the International Baccalaureate. The successful experience and the content that needs to improve urgently of the case school should give some reference to domestic schools that are applying for or just became IB world schools. It can also give some reference and inspiration to other types of international schools or public schools in school management.
