Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the teacher training’s attention is increasing steadily with the implementing of vocational education crucial plan.As the last link of training system,training effect evaluation is the key to measure the actual effect.Therefore,do well at training effect evaluation can not only measure the training activity from a scientific perspective,but also provide important guideline for further training.This study focus on the 2015 double quality improvement training of J university vocational teacher training base and based on the Kirk Patrick Model theory.By adopting the combination of questionnaire and interview form and making an evaluation.With a small see big,wish to provide reference suggestions for following teacher training.First of all,this study uses the method of tracking survey to study the development process of the continuing investigation,to explore the nature and regularity.In the tracking process of research,the Kirk Patrick of the four level will act as the evaluation model,by means of observation,questionnaire,interview survey methods from the reaction layer,learning layer,layer,the layer of behavior change to search data,and using the satisfaction index data,the average method of problem to analysis for the following study.Secondly,through the analysis of the teachers’ training effect,this study concludes that: the results achieved the overall training,performing in: a more positive attitude of teachers training;teachers’ satisfaction is considerable;training changed the attitude and awareness of teachers in a certain extent,to enhance the knowledge and the skills of teachers.However,this training also has some problems,mainly reflected in: in the reaction level,including the training facilities;the educational management involves comprehensive training courses;practicality is not high;the lack of effective communication between the trainer and trainees;the main problem of the learning level of knowledge is the skill and attitude behavior change is not obvious;the problem the layer are the school facilities is not complete;the limitation of the content;the obstacles of behavior and skill.Finally,for enhancing the training effect,this study propounds from the reaction layer,the learning layer,the behavior change layer: in the reaction level,should pay attention to the source of the screening training,team management and training,expand investment,integration of training resources,optimize the teaching staff and training courses;in the learning level,should pay attention to the training plan clear,standard sound,improve training mode,the innovation of the training mode,improve the incentive mechanism;in behavior change layer,should pay attention to the learning environment and the effectiveness of clarity,and improve the training and examination of living.
