Chemistry is a subject that studies the composition,structure,properties and changing regulation of material on the molecular and atom levels.Material is composed of elements.At present,there are many kinds of elements found.If each element is expressed in words,it is very troublesome,so as to facilitate the study of chemistry and related chemistry.In 1860,the symbols of chemical elements were uniformly stipulated in the international academic exchanges.After that,chemical symbols such as chemical equation,chemical equation and ion equation based on the symbols of chemical elements were established.As an important tool for learning chemistry,chemical symbols are the basic language of chemistry.Therefore,for students who want to learn chemistry well,the importance of learning chemical symbols is self-evident.Because chemical symbols are isolated "symbols" for students and a kind of meaningless conscious memorization knowledge.They are dull and boring.Generally,students can only learn by rote.The learning efficiency is very low.Through our previous teaching experience,we find that many students enter the first year of senior high school after the middle school entrance examination vacation.There are many problems in learning basic element symbols,for example,many commonly used element symbols can not be remembered clearly,the concepts concerned can not be distinguished clearly,and the application is improper,etc.In Tibet,Tibetan students' communicative learning mainly depends on Tibetan.Especially in some agricultural and pastoral areas,they have not touched Chinese before going to school.Therefore,many Tibetan students generally have a low level of Chinese.According to a large number of psychological studies,different languages will have different modes of thinking.When students' enlightenment education is taught in familiar languages,students can fully understand the knowledge taught by teachers in class and improve their ability to think and understand problems.However,if students'enlightenment education is conducted in a familiar language,students can fully understand the knowledge taught by teachers in class and improve their ability to think and understand problems.Not his familiar mother tongue,will lead to students unable to grasp and understand the knowledge taught by teachers,and may hinder the development of their thinking.Therefore,language is very important for acquiring knowledge and experience.In Tibet,the teaching language of chemistry is Chinese,and Tibetan students are accustomed to using Tibetan language to communicate and learn,and the way of thinking,which causes difficulties in students' acceptance and understanding.For the learning of chemical symbols,it needs a certain language basis to help them understand and master.Therefore,Tibetan students should be required to be the same as inland students.When teaching content,it is very difficult.At the same time,because some teaching facilities and teachers in junior middle schools can not keep up with them,many Tibetan students have not studied chemistry even before they go to senior high school,let alone learn chemical symbols.This will lead to some students even in senior high school,even the most basic element symbols are not.Will write the situation.Because of the lack of high school chemistry classes and the tense curriculum in Tibetan classes,many high school teachers seldom evaluate or review the students' junior middle school knowledge,which makes it more difficult for some students to study chemistry courses in high schools without any foundation.Over time,students' enthusiasm for learning chemistry declines.Even there will be the phenomenon of weariness of learning,and the psychology of weariness in chemistry class will eventually affect students' learning of other courses.In order to more scientifically express this fact and solve this fact,we focus on the following aspects according to the theory of learning psychology and teaching theory:(1)To find out the problems existing in the learning of chemical symbols by investigating the learning status of the first grade students of Tibetan senior high school through questionnaires;(2)the teaching principles of analytical chemistry symbols,and explore the learning conditions of Tibetan students' chemical symbols.(3)Through group teaching and evaluation of teaching effect,a scientific method suitable for Tibetan students to master chemical symbols quickly and effectively is reasonably selected.Chemical symbols are the core knowledge of chemistry.This research can provide a new vision for the teaching of chemical symbols and guide the teaching of Tibetan classes.It can help each student to master the knowledge of chemical symbols fully.Therefore,it has a very important practical significance.
