The rapid development of information technology and its application in education have promoted the transformation of teaching and learning environment.As an advanced form of information-based teaching environment,smart classroom has triggered a new wave of enthusiasm in the education sector.The localized smart classrooms have been actively built and put into practical application,providing a place for the teaching prac-tice innovation of teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities.Interaction is the core of the smart classroom,which provides the possibility to improve the practi-cal problems in the traditional classroom teaching interaction,such as the imbalance of interaction direction,monotonous form,etc.The research of instructional interaction in smart classroom has attracted more and more attention from relevant scholars.After analyzing the existing literatures at home and abroad,due to the different types of smart classrooms studied,scholars have different conclusions about the instruc-tional interactions in this environment.In addition,there is relatively little concern about classroom interaction of universities in the smart classrooms,how about the current situ-ation of instructional interaction in higher education classroom,whether it exists com-monality or difference with the status quo of teaching interaction of primary and sec-ondary classroom,whether there are common problems.Aiming at these questions,the paper proposes SCIAS coding system based on the existing interactive coding system of classroom teaching,takes the smart classroom independently developed by Central Chi-na Normal University as the research environment and selects 68 classroom records(38 in primary and secondary schools and 30 in universities)as the research object.Using SCIAS and employing S-T analysis as a supplementary research method,the paper makes a general analysis of classroom records from five aspects:teaching mode,class-room emotional atmosphere,the subject of classroom instructional interaction,interper-sonal interaction and interaction between human and media technology.On this basis,the classrooms are grouped according to the nature of the subject,the learning period or grade,the gender of teacher,and the differences of the teaching mode,teacher-student interaction,student-student interaction and interaction between human and media tech-nology are stressly analyzed with statistical methods.The study finds that the status quo of classroom instructional interaction between primary and secondary schools and universities of the same type of smart classroom presents some common characteristics:the classroom teaching mode has changed to some extent;verbal interaction,namely interpersonal interaction,is the main part of the interactive behavior in classroom teaching and the utilization rate of teaching time in the classroom is high;the frequency of interaction between students and modern technology has increased and so on.However,there are obvious differences in the status quo of classroom instructional interaction between the two teaching groups.The status quo of classroom instructional interaction of basic education is as follows:(1)classroom teach?ing mode is dominated by "mixed type" and "dialogue type";(2)pay attention to the emotional communication between teachers and students,the classroom atmosphere is more active and harmonious;(3)teachers' speech behaviros are reduced,and students have more right of speech;(4)the essence of teacher-student interaction is teacher-led,and the form of interaction is "question-and-answer dialogue";(5)the forms of stu-dent-student interaction have been enriched,and the implementation degree of coopera-tive inquiry learning is obviously different.(6)the interaction between human and media technology has its own characteristics,which is significantly affected by the discipline.The current situation of classroom teaching interaction in higher education is as follows:(1)"lecturmgn and "mixed" teaching modes coexist,and teachers tend to directly control the classroom and students;(2)the classroom atmosphere is relatively relaxed,but the emotional communication between teachers and students has not received sufficient at?tention;(3)the interaction between teachers and students is low,and teachers' classroom questioning skills need to be improved;(4)the student-student interaction begins to re?ceive attention,which is significantly affected by the discipline,and the form of interac?tion is single;(5)human-machine interaction is simplified,and the application level of technology in class is low.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant reflections and sug_gestions on the common problems existing in the current situation of classroom instruc?tional interaction between primary and secondary schools and universities as well as the general personality problems existing in universities.
