Research Of Political Loyalty Education Among College Student Party Members

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that CPC should adhere to seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor and political construction should be given top priority.The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Party’s Political Construction stressed that the Party’s political discipline and rules should be strictly observed to develop a positive and healthy political culture within the Party.We must make it our top priority to uphold the "Two Maintenances" of political discipline,and continue to carry out intensive loyalty education throughout the Party.We will foster a sound political environment and vigorously promote the non-corrupt values of loyalty,honesty,fairness,seeking truth from facts and integrity.Political loyalty is a Party member’s essential and adhere to the basic quality and political character,is to strengthen the Party’s advancement and purity of the basic premise of the construction.College students are the fresh blood of the CPC and the backbone of the great victory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.College student Party members in the new era of political loyalty to education,it is the objective requirement of the complex to cope with the international and domestic situation changes,to strengthen the construction of the Party’s political,to purify the Party and political ecology,improve the Party’s ruling ability construction is of great significance for a long time.What’s more,it has a great influence on promoting the growth of college student members and realizing the Chinese dream that is the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.On the whole,the education of political loyalty which aims at college student Party members has a good development trend,but there are still some disadvantages hindering its healthy development.Therefore,based on the actual situation,it is of great significance to solve the problems existing in the political loyalty education of university Party members.In this paper,four aspects of the education of political loyalty which aims at college student Party members are studied.In the first part,the background,the purpose and significance,the status of both here and abroad,the methods and the innovations of the research are described.The second part is the theoretical overview.The related concepts and theories of the education of political loyalty which aims at college student Party members are sorted out,the characteristics of political loyalty of university student Party members are clarified,the content and necessity of the education of political loyalty for university student Party members are clarified,the foundation is laid for the follow-up research.The third part is the status quo analysis.First,carry out empirical research and questionnaire survey on political loyalty education of Party members in college students.Secondly,the present situation of the education of political loyalty for college student Party members is analyzed by the survey data.Finally,the paper finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems,so as to provide reference for exploring the countermeasures to enhance the political loyalty education of Party members in college students.The fourth part is countermeasure exploration.To suit the remedy to the case,some countermeasures which can strengthen the education of political loyalty for college student Party members are put forward based on the result of the questionnaire mentioned in the third part.To improve the actual effect of the education of political loyalty for college students,the adherence to the principle of education,the innovation of educational mode,the enrichment of educational content,the expansion of educational channels,and the improvement of the educational mechanism are considered.
