As a key link in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,kindergarten collective teaching activities have always occupied an important position in the practice of kindergarten education.Using content analysis method,this paper mainly sorts out and summarizes the chronological distribution,research methods and research contents of 502 literature on collective teaching activities in kindergartens.The research finds that,on the whole,the research on collective teaching activities of kindergartens is gaining popularity,the research methods pay more attention to theoretical analysis,and the research angle is more comprehensive,but the research intensity is uneven;From the perspective of specific research contents,the research of researchers on collective teaching activities mainly presents the following characteristics:the research of instructional design focuses on teaching preparation and instructional design reflection,but less on instructional goal and instructional process design;the research on teaching organization and implementation pays too much attention to the main body of teaching and neglects the research on teaching methods and links;attention to the teaching organization and implementation of teacher behavior,lack of research on children;they pay more attention to the research of teachers'teaching behavior and pay less attention to teachers' growth;there are few studies on the value of collective teaching and regional activities,individualized education and collective teaching activities.In view of the above characteristics,the researchers put forward corresponding suggestions,in order to inspire the researchers of collective teaching activities to reflect on the existing research,improve the theory of kindergarten collective teaching activities,optimize the kindergarten collective teaching research work,and provide the direction and reference for front-line teachers to carry out kindergarten collective teaching activities. |
