The quality of teaching materials has a direct impact on the quality of education.From the compilation process of teaching materials,the teaching materials must meet the requirements of the "syllabus" and curriculum standards.Students’ interest in learning biology is more influenced by the teachers.Teachers are highly qualified and their discipline quality is the capital to win students’favor.When the micro knowledge with real simulation,can let the student learn twice the result with half the effort;When encounter difficult knowledge point,can tell the student thoroughly,make its convinced,can let the student more firm and your determination that studies biology undoubtedly again.In more than ten years of front-line education and teaching process,the author through literature research method,observation method,experiment method,content analysis method,action research method and experience summary method,aiming at some core knowledge and typical cases in high school biology textbooks,including biology compulsory 1,water in the cell,E coli infection by phages,tobacco Mosaic virus infection by tobacco,transcription and translation of genetic information in compulsory 2;Take 3 extension method of gene PCR primers in question.Shallow views are put forward.The important problem sets,including compulsory 2 translation exercises in which genetic information in the tRNA and anticodon related knowledge of scientific error analysis and discussion,the plant of scientific error analysis and discussion,the plant phototropism in compulsory 3 related problem to explore and practice,put forward a new way of interpretation.At the same time for the trunk experiment:Experiments on extraction and separation of pigments from green leaves,and the relationship between cell size and material transport in compulsory course lhave been studied and practiced for many times,which has formed a new idea of experimental operation,increased the degree of student’s participation,and achieved more significant results.Meanwhile,the core quality of the subject has been penetrated into the teaching practice.
