In 2013,the Ministry of Education launched the revision of curriculum in senior high schools.The compulsory course of biology should be adjusted into two modules:Molecule and Cell and Genetics and Evolution.The optional compulsory courses are adjusted to three modules:Steady State and Regulation,Biology and Environment and Biotechnology and Engineering.In 2017,the Biology Curriculum Standard for Senior High Schools was published.In the new curriculum standard,the content requirement,teaching hint and academic requirement of senior high school biology curriculum module are put forward.Before the new curriculum reform,different regions choose different modules to study.Most parts of the module of Modern Biotechnology Theme are involved,but the module of Biotechnology Practice has never been taught.The presentation form and knowledge type of Biotechnology Practice module are quite different from the original compulsory curriculum,but the knowledge content is highly correlated.Therefore,before the publication of the new textbook,it is necessary for teachers to link up these modules.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research、Comparative analysis、Content Analysis.Using the Current Teaching Materials of PEP as Material,include Molecules and Cells,Genetics and Evolution,Steady state and environment and Biotechnology Practice.It is based on Pedagogy and Psychology.The modules of Biotechnology Practice and the required modules are analyzed and compared the content of textbooks and the way of compiling textbooks.Some teaching suggestions are given for the seven experiments required in the new curriculum standard and some teaching designs for specific content are connected.It is concluded that the knowledge of Biotechnology Practice module and compulsory module presents progressive and complementary relationship,the module of Biotechnology Practice requires students to improve their thinking,observing and operating abilities in experimental abilities.I hope through the convergence of corresponding suggestions,they can help the majority of front-line teachers to improve classroom efficiency in Teaching.While improving Students’ Biological Core Literacy,they can connect students’ existing knowledge with new knowledge and improve the learning effect of students.
