In recent years,Shanxi Province trampoline project in the national competition,the performance has always been in the forefront.Especially men’s trampoline,as the advantage item of Shanxi Province sports development,if we want to keep the advantage in the fierce sports field,we should put the foothold in the talent training of Shanxi Province trampoline athletes,and focus on how to give full play to the training value.Heart rate variation(also known as the Heart rate variability,Heart rate variability,HRV)refers to the regulation of autonomic nervous,sinus Heart rate produce periodic or quasi periodicity of tiny change phenomenon.HRV is a non-invasive means to study the autonomic control of heart rate.Its purpose is to quantify the change of heart rate during r-r interval or each cardiac cycle.The balance of vagal tone and cardiac sympathetic tone was quantitatively evaluated in response to autonomic activity.To comprehensively understand and grasp the current heart rate variability characteristics and laws of male trampoline athletes in Shanxi Province in the special quality training stage,and correctly judge the impact of sports training intensity on HRV,so as to provide datamatic support for athletes to understand their own functional state and training effect.It provides reference for coaches to comprehensively evaluate the training effect,formulate and adjust the training plan,and improve the training scientific degree.For Shanxi Province trampoline project to maintain the advantages,to provide theoretical support.This research mainly adopts the research methods of literature,experimental research,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and selects 5 athletes of shanxi men trampoline team as the experimental objects,and collects data of 6 periods in 4 stages of special quality training for analysis.The co-selected time periods include: time period I--rest period;Session 2--the first part of online special quality training;Session 3--the later part of online special quality training;Four--the first part of special quality training under the net;Session 5--the later part of special quality training offline;Session 6-recovery session.The data results are analyzed as follows:1.A comparative analysis between HRV index in time period and HRV standard published on the official website shows that RMSSD in HRV time domain index has a significant difference(P<0.05),and HF in HRV frequency domain index has a significant difference(P<0.05).2.Comparative analysis of HRV in time period 1 and 6 shows that the mean RR of HRV time-domain indexes has significant difference(P<0.05),RMSSD indexes have extremely significant difference(P<0.01),and the VLF and TP of HRV time-domain indexes have significant difference(P<0.05).3.Comparative analysis of HRV in time domain 2 and time domain 3 shows that SDNN,RMSSD and SDNN/HR are significantly different in HRV time domain indexes(P<0.05),while LF,TP,lfu.n.(UN)and hfu.n.(UN)are significantly different in HRV frequency domain indexes(P<0.05).4.Comparative analysis of time frame 4 and time frame 5 shows that LF,TP,lfu.n.(UN)and hfu.n.(UN)in HRV frequency domain indexes have significant differences(P<0.05),RMSSD,pnn50%,SDNN/HR in HRV time domain indexes;There were significant differences between the two indicators(P<0.05).Through the analysis of the test data,the conclusions are as follows:1.Men’s trampoline athletes in Shanxi Province through a long time after the special quality of the training,body function of autonomic nervous form adaptation,show the body function in training when under high intensity load condition,the sympathetic nervous system is sufficient to activate,makes the body’s ability to mobilize all,so that the stress in the recovery of parasympathetic nerve reaction appear smaller phenomenon.Under the control of cardiac sympathetic fibers,the heart shows the phenomenon of accelerated heart rate and intensified contraction of atrial and ventricular muscles,thus promoting the physical function of trampoline athletes in Shanxi Province to meet the needs of sports training.Athletes have lower cardiac vagal tone and higher sympathetic tone,better autonomic nerve regulation reserve,and better recovery ability after exercise.2.Trampoline athletes in shanxi after phase conducted online’s quality training,vagus nerve and cardiac sympathetic nerve between the balance is broken,the HRV time domain and frequency domain indicators integrity,ability of autonomic innervation significantly lower after the heart rate variability reduced overall changes occur,cardiac vagus nerve activity is abate,the sympathetic nerve activity is reduced,this stage there may be a visible trampoline athletes’ s quality training exercise load is larger,the athlete’s athletic performance capacity decline phenomenon.3.After the trampoline athletes in Shanxi Province went through the special quality training stage under the net,the tone of vagus nerve decreased,the total power value of heart rate variation decreased,the balance of vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve decreased,and the ability of cardiac autonomic nerve regulation weakened.This can strengthen the argument,in the special training under the net,the sympathetic nerve activity appears to reduce,trampoline athletes sports fatigue phenomenon.4.Trampoline athletes HRV index is higher than the standard values in Shanxi Province,through special quality training to raise the level of the trampoline athletes HRV,enhances the activity of the vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve activity and reduce the possibility of sudden cardiac death appeared to help trampoline athletes in Shanxi Province to adapt to the complete action moving load in training and competition.Suggestions are as follows:1.Due to the competitive characteristics of trampoline,nervous fatigue of athletes is more likely to occur than physical fatigue,and once it happens,it will cause greater physical and mental damage.Therefore,scientific training monitoring of trampoline project and exploration of accurate and sensitive monitoring reference index are important links of trampoline training.It is suggested that shanxi trampoline coaches should monitor and analyze athletes’ body functions.Combined with HRV index and various evaluation methods,the objective and accurate evaluation objectives can be achieved,so as to further implement the training plan in a more reasonable way and achieve better training results for athletes.2.Proper training monitoring can not only help the trampoline project coaches to understand the physical function status of trampoline athletes in real time,but also prevent the overload,over-training and ineffective training of trampoline athletes caused by improper load arrangement in the training.Suggest a trampoline coach should maintain long-term tracking of trampoline athletes in training,monitoring database for trampoline athletes body function of scientific research,as a trampoline coach through horizontal and vertical comparison method,to obtain the real condition of trampoline athletes body function to provide help,thus achieve the purpose of scientific training.3.It is suggested that coaches should timely observe the training effect of athletes and make adjustments in a planned way after completing the whole training process.After the training,massage and stretching can promote the rapid elimination of lactic acid in the body,and make the heart function adjusted and improved.In addition,psychological relaxation and counseling can also be adopted to relieve the tension of the sympathetic nerves of trampoline athletes after high-intensity sports training,so as to avoid the impact of the next training and make trampoline athletes get an ideal state of competition in training and competition. |
