This paper takes the rule of law education as the entry point and the teaching of rule of law education in junior middle schools as the research perspective to study and analyze the current situation and existing problems of the teaching of rule of law in ideological and moral education in junior middle schools in China.This paper attempts to seek practical countermeasures for the legal education and teaching of ideological and political pedagogy and moral course in middle school,and hopes to improve the legal consciousness and legal concept of junior middle school students,so as to lay a foundation for students to form the core accomplishment with legal consciousness.In this paper,the rule of law education at home and abroad to achieve the basis of theoretical research,to investigate several schools as an example,mainly USES literature research,questionnaire investigation,preliminary concluded at this stage the problems existing in the teaching of junior middle school thought moral education under the rule of law,namely the students' consciousness of rule of law,rule of law belief and behavior rule of law and the rule of law education teaching level remains to be strengthened.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the teaching of rule of law in moral moral course of junior high school,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the teaching of rule of law in moral moral course of junior high school.The second is to strengthen and improve the teaching design and enhance the consciousness of students' faith in the rule of law.Third,adhere to the rule of law education principle,improve students' practice of the spirit of the rule of law;Fourth,efforts should be made to improve the quality of teachers' legal education.Finally,four teaching design,implementation and teaching reflection are taken as examples to improve the teaching level of the rule of law in ideological and moral education of junior high school,so as to promote the rule of law education of students.
