As a comprehensive curriculum,junior middle school ideological and moral lesson not only concerned about the subject of theoretical knowledge,but pays more attention to the overall quality of students,ideological and moral training,and it undertakes the responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents in the new century.Among them,as an important part of ideological and moral lessons,the rule of law education plays a positive role in regulating the daily behavior of students.But in reality,influenced by the physical and mental development junior middle school students is not mature,the lack of school teachers,complex social environment and other factors,the rule of law education of junior high school students is missing.This greatly affected the effectiveness of education.Especially in recent years,cultivating the rule of law of junior high school students and establishing the belief of the rule of law has become the education issues generally concerned by teachers and the society.This paper expounds the necessity of the education of the rule of law in the junior middle school,and the favorable conditions that the ideological and moral lessons as the opportunity to carry out the education of the rule of law.And combined with the survey data,further analyses the improvement of the law education of the current ideological and moral education,and put forward the concrete countermeasures to enhance that can enhance the rule of law in moral education in junior middle school.Based on the achievements of the rule of law education at home and abroad,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of the rule of law education in the ideological and moral lessons of some schools in HAIBEI city.The results of the statistical analysis are summarized.At the present stage,there are several major problems in the rule of law education: ignoring the meaning of the ideological and moral education,ideological and moral education lack of scientific system,teaching method of ideological and moral education is single,and the lack of the use of the practice environment of the law.These problems caused the function of the ideological and moral education is not obvious.At the same time,based on the questionnaire survey,this study made a comprehensive and in-depth analysis the reasons for the lack of the law education in ideological and moral education from the subjective and objective factors.Among them,the teacher’s own quality and teaching form of a single have the big impact on students.Finally,according to the above reasons and combined with the questionnaire and the observation in the teaching practice,this paper concludes the better countermeasures to carry out the rule of law education in the ideological and moral lessons.Students are the main body of learning,and improving students’ thinking of the rule of law is helpful to establish the belief of the rule of law.To a certain extent,the boring legal knowledge dissipated students’ learning interests;teachers should contact the social reality,and use the teaching materials flexibly.Teachers’ own literacy and classroom activities carried out by teachers have great influence on students.Therefore,we should innovate the teaching methods while improving the legal literacy of teachers.Finally,we propose to combine the teaching methods with the combination of various teaching methods.And to cooperate with the effective ways outside the school,from the fundamental to stimulate and cultivate the rule of law thinking of students,change the unsatisfactory status of the rule of law education in ideological and moral lessons in the past.
