Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Social Organization Cultivation

In recent years,China's social development is rapid,community social organizations as a team of residents of autonomous organizations,in the participation of China's community governance construction plays an indispensable role.Correspondingly,it has become a trend to cultivate and develop social organization,stimulate organizational vitality and help the community to reduce the burden by using the professional methods and techniques of social work.Cultivating community social organizations as a service area in social work in recent years,unlike children,adolescents,the elderly,women and other areas of social work,it is mainly based on indirect service clients.By linking social resources and integrating peripheral resources,we should create a shared multi-platform for the development of social organizations.In view of this,local governments have to buy social work services to innovate community governance,to help the community reduce the burden.Although some results have been achieved,there have also been many problems,such as the lack of social work talents,excessive government intervention and so on,caused by the service effect is lower than expected,the effect is not consolidated,social work is not strong professional and so on,thus hindering the rapid development of community social organizations.At present,China is in a critical moment to fully build a well-off society,and strengthening the construction of community social organizations,improving the enthusiasm of social organizations,and promoting the healthy and orderly development of social organizations are essential to innovate social governance and realize socialist modernization.Taking the operation project of H Street Social organization Service Center as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the cultivation process of social work involved in Community social organization.On the basis of the theory of social support and the theory of Advantage perspective,this paper uses semi-structured access method and participatory observation method to analyze the development status and cultivation needs of community social organizations by means of two groups of people,such as community council personnel and the heads of Community social organizations,and analyzes them on the basis of statistical results.After this article from the Community governance and social work two aspects of social work to intervene in the community to cultivate the necessity and feasibility,and then through the case analysis of social work involved in H Street Community Society organizational cultivation process,on the basis of which it is found that social work in the process of intervention has not been high awareness,social work specialization is insufficient,The process of community social organization cultivation lags behind and the social Work cultivation Center is overburdened,so as to put forward the reference countermeasure.The author hopes that through the intervention of professional social work,community social organizations can truly develop to meet the different service needs of residents,and on the basis of promoting the participation of social organizations in community governance,enhance the ability of community residents to participate in community service,and finally realize the goal of residents ' autonomy.
