Along with the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the wave of exploration of teaching models in primary and secondary schools across the country has followed,and even in some early areas where reforms have taken place,there has even emerged a distinctive and influential teaching model.Taking this as the background,the Gemenar Middle School of Yantai City,along with the actual situation of the school and actively absorbing the excellent experience of the famous schools,embarked on the exploration of the teaching model and proposed a teaching called "Climbing the Classroom".mode.After nearly two years of teaching practice,the "Climb Classroom" teaching mode has achieved certain results in the actual application process,and injected new impetus for the development of Gemner Middle School.However,due to the short exploration time and lack of relevant optimization experience,the "climbing classroom" teaching mode is not enough in today's application.With the development of society and the changes of students,the original "climbing classroom" teaching mode has become mechanized and formalized,and can not be further adapted to the changes of students and social requirements.Therefore,the optimization and improvement of the "climbing classroom" teaching mode is imminent.In order to effectively solve the dilemma faced by the "climbing classroom" teaching model in Gemenar Middle School,and conscientiously implement the research policy of "discovering problems and solving problems",this research mainly does the following three aspects: First,discovering problems In this research,through the questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers and students,and the analysis of the teaching cases under the original "climbing classroom" teaching mode,the "climbing classroom" was discovered from the quantitative and qualitative analysis.The status quo and problems of the implementation of the teaching model;the second is to solve the problem in the first stage-propose an optimization strategy,in this stage mainly through the literature study and analysis of other teaching models,the optimization of the "climbing classroom" teaching mode Strategy;finally,the second stage of solving the problem--validation optimization strategy,in which a five-month optimization verification experiment was designed to test the optimization strategy ofthe "climbing classroom" teaching model proposed in this study.Validity and make relevant conclusions.The experimental data analysis shows that the improvement strategy of the "climbing classroom" teaching mode proposed by this research has a certain effect on improving the "climbing classroom" teaching mode,and draws corresponding research conclusions.Through this research,this paper aims to make a contribution to the development of the "climbing classroom" teaching mode of Gemenar Middle School,and to provide reference for the optimization of teaching mode in other schools of the same type.
